Among the banks I visit, Bank of Hope is the friendliest, takes good care of its customers, shows the highest interest in its customers' finances, and introduces good products. Thank you very much. Even though I live in Manhattan, I always enjoy going to Queens to this bank. The bankers I met today, Lisa Park and Su-yeon KIM are so nice. I really want to praise the most amazing banker , Hye-ryun KU Thank you always.

I worked security for this branch for 18 months and i must say Lisa park the assistant branch manager has to be the worst manager i ever worked for .in my entire time there i was never late or called out sick one time and i was always polite to the customers and employees .i was never even offered a cup of coffee my entire time there .lisa park even made it an issue when i took a 2 dollar pastry ! If you work security and value your sanity and peace of mind stay away from here . Good luck to the next guard . lisa park will make anything an issue she is that petty!

I've been coming to this bank for my family business for a while now and I always get treated nicely and professionally. There usually isn't a line and transactions go very smoothly while I sip my coffee or energy drink and peruse my phone. I highly recommend.

I am with the Bank of Hope for about 15 years when they were Wilshire Bank. I liked it when the old staffs knows me and it was like my neignborhood bank. Due to Covid 19, I do everything online and use atm instead of person to person contact. I recently visit the bank and all old staffs were gone. Also, very often the ATM machine is not available when the bank is closed. Finally, what make to me ponder to switch bank is there is a big question mark on this bank's online security. I got an email notification at 5:32 am that someone try to access my online bank account. I called the bank at 9:35am to see what was going on. The person who answered the phone said "there is nothing that we can do". I asked to speak to online security department at the bank, the person said "we don't have such department." Thank god that nothing happen. I think what happen was I reset my computer before I access the online banking and the system read as new device was trying to get access. However, because of this experience and constant changes of new stuffs at the branch, it is time for me to leave this bank.

Not a fan. Felt very rushed out the door when I asked about its banking offers Might be good for small businesses for in store purchases (retail) Wouldn't give me the rate for a business product. Will be shopping around for a better local bank.

Do not use them. Worst bank experience I've ever had. I opened a business account and the person who helped me was so inexperienced she could not answer any of my questions. Instead, she tried to read the instruction manual in front of me which I can just do it myself. She failed to mail me my debit card and it's been over a month I created my account. I was the one who had to chase for the status and she was confused on mailing address and the billing address which made me very worried. Then I had an unauthorized withdraw for the amount of $1,000. I called to find out how to investigate, person who answered the call told me to call Chase, the bank who withdraw, and find out myself. Without any account number and information, I could not just call Chase to say someone who is using your bank withdraw my money from bank of hope. But the person who answered the call told me that is the only way since there is nothing they can do about it. Even if I just lose $1,000 there is nothing I can do..?? I am just shocked how these associates handle the situation. I did end up calling Chase but of course there is nothing they can do and they asked my bank should dispute/or take any action to protect unauthorized withdraw. At least Chase was very kind and helpful to help me out.
