My second time leasing a car with this location. Jasir Bljaiek made the process a breeze. He is professional, attentive, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and I'm so happy with my new jeep!

Terrible experience. I am by far disappointed by this dealership. I came in for an issue with my car stalling on the road and issues with my screen and informed him it was glitching and clicking other screens, changing radio stations, AC out of wack and making random phone calls to others. I waited a few weeks for my appt and then met with my advisor, Jay. As I went in for my appt at 9am I was advised by him it would take 1-2 days to fix my car because it is a "holiday and 3 staff members called out". He then advised me to come the following morning at 6am to which I did. Jay assured me the issue to my car was diagnosed and would be fixed within 1.5 hours so I waited and I had no issues waiting I just wanted my car to be fixed. During my encounter with him he told me my batteries were not good and needed to replace both. He then also told me the issues with my screen were due to four updates which are of course not covered through the warranty. He indicated due to my screen glitching and its issues it needed 4 updates which were $199.00 each and claimed he was doing me a favor by charging me just one fee of 199.00. Sure.. no one would opt to lose out on an addl $600 so that was the first red flag. I began questioning him just to ask about my car as it was a lot to take in at the time and he informed me I could fix solely the battery and leave off the updates if I'd like but went on to say "i got my paperwork saying I did a thorough review and you denied the updates so if you're on the highway and get into a car crash it is not on me". I was thrown off by his unnecessary comment but still indicated I did not want my car stopping and it was the main reason I came in so obviously I would want him to do the update. Anyway he replaced 2 batteries and did the 4 updates. I drove home that afternoon and my computer began glitching yet again... therefore they did not fix the issue and charged me unnecessarily for the updates...any how I called him back and was told to come into office to rectify the issue. I came in now for the third time... met with Jay and when he spoke with me it was as if he had no idea who I was or when I came in when it was merely 2 days ago... I then went on to tell him that the computer was not fixed and it still had the problem even after charging me.. he then began to state I did not inform him of this issue from the beginning and he was not aware of it. I then asked what was his purpose of doing 4 updates and he had no answer and then told me I had to wait 1.5 hours to diagnose. I informed him they already did diagnose my car for $300 and asked him to look into it being it was my 3rd time coming and this was an issue on them at this point. He then went on to ask "do you want me to give you a technician with no knowledge or one that is knowledgeable?" First off is that what you do there and have techs with no knowledge working on people's cars after they spend so much money for parts and labor? And now have them constantly coming back to fix an issue you claimed was diagnosed and fixed? Honestly spare yourself if you can go elsewhere. They are unprofessional. I went on to speaking with Bobby the upper manager after all that I was going through and he then kept using hospital analogies.. like do you want a doctor or nurse working on you for surgery? First of all Bobby we are not in a hospital.. Second off I am paying the same rate for labor whether it is a tech with no knowledge or a knowledgeable tech (Jays words).. so no this is not the same as a doc or nurse..I have no words but it was a horrid and upsetting experience. I honestly regret getting my car though this dealership it has been nothing but dreadful each time I go there

Had to have my Wrangler towed to Bayside after both batteries crapped out. Called that morning to explain I'd be towing it in. The service advisor set up an open appointment, as there was no way to know exactly when the tow would arrive. They were waiting when it did and handled everything quickly, efficiently, and courteously. I was out of there with two new batteries before 1pm, and a part on order, which seemed pretty miraculous. Again, great customer service, as always, with detailed explanations of the problem, the solution, and what to look out for in the future. Again, great experience...

Excellent costumer service, I purchased a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited, got a great deal, the staff was very helpful and were able to work with my specific needs, sales representative Jamaine Alphonso was very informative and made the process very easy, I'm glad I came here, 5 stars

I called up the parts department to confirm whether a part that I ordered arrived in time for an upcoming appointment. The young man that picked up quickly said, please hold, and the call got disconnected. Obviously, I don't think the young man ended the call on purpose. I believe with the rush of putting me on hold he accidentally disconnected the call. When I called back, I was greeted in a disrespectful manner. The young man was extremely unprofessional in his tone and the words that he used. He made it out to seem as if I was this annoying customer who was calling back after being put on hold. He didn't even give me the chance to inform him that the call got disconnected by him. He reminded me of a disrespectful teenager. He had zero customer service skills. I always considered Bayside to be a place of business, not the streets. After being on hold again, someone finally picked up but couldn't help me and stated they would call me back. I asked that Mr. Kennedy, the manager, to call me back. I'm am currently waiting for the return call. No customer should ever be spoken to the way this young man spoke to me.

I'm only giving one star because one of the people I dealt with was ok. Otherwise the experience was so bad I've contacted Chrysler headquarters. This place is full of rude and disrespectful employees who do not belong in a customer service business. They are brusque, at best, and generally rude, hostile, and disrespectful. I do not believe that they are honest as their recommendations for service are not the same as Chrysler's. I also reached out to the dealership where I originally purchased my car and they also confirmed Chrysler's recommendations. As a result, I did not receive what I should have received in terms of where I am in my mileage - so now I have to go somewhere else to get that done. I would NEVER recommend them. EVER. I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau, the city, and FTC. It was that bad. They are lying to customers to get them to service their car more often so they can make more money. Also, their waiting area was meager and felt old and dirty. I don't remember the names of the people I dealt with. I will say that the woman that checked me out was pleasant.

Took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee for some work. Made an appointment a month in advance, 6AM appointment. Showed up on time, was told it takes minimum 48 hrs for them to touch my car and if I waited there, they won't touch the truck, I must drop it off. Had me waiting 5 hours for a technician to come out and talk to me regarding my issue.Out of 3 issues I had with my vehicle, they were able to fix just one, the other 2; screen freezes and AC fan makes unusual noise came back in 2 days. It took more than a week for them to return my jeep. They parked my vehicle out on the street for all those days. I had to call multiple times to get an update.I wasn't going to write a review and let this go, because I'm not taking my vehicle to this dealership again. But after receiving a text message from them trying to bribe me to leave a positive survey for $100, I am pissed.First of all, I used a 3rd party warranty that another Jeep dealership sold Instead of selling me MOPER (I don't know why) with $0 deductible and this location still charged me $100 even though I showed the service manager the contract when I dropped off my vehicle. The warranty paid out more than $4k and + I paid $1200 out of pocket on the service that extended warranty didn't cover. When I picked up my vehicle, it was dirty and had a funky smell inside. I had to get the interior shampoo washed to get rid of the smell. I mean they left my vehicle out on the street for 7 days in the middle of a public housing complex around 43rd avenue & 210 street.I understand there is a technician shortage throughout the country, but don't take on more customers than you can handle. People need their vehicles for work and expect to get service done in a timely manner. So no thank you, I'm not filling out your survey for your $100 bribe money. You took $100 extra from me and another $150 I had to pay for cleaning my vehicle to get the smell out that you guys left.

Terrible Customer Service in both Sales and Parts. I bought my Jeep from them in 2020, and it only came with one keyfob. They gave me an I.O.U note for the second key, but three years later, and multiple attempts, they have never made good on it. I have been there several times, and they pretend to order the part that never comes. That is after making me wait for 2 hours. Whenever you ask for a Manager, they are "In a Meeting.". My lease is up this year, and I will NOT be going back to them for my next car. Go to a different Jeep dealer if you want to buy one.

I just ran into Look and with in two hours Avi my salesman and the sales manager made me feel very comfortable and was very competitive with their pricing and they gave me a good price on my trade so I ended up taking the last call call He’ll Cat and was in and out in like two hours with the financing already done. A quite amazing experience. Highly recommend them for all your new car needs.

Went to this dealership about 3 weeks ago, they said I needed to deposit $1000 in order to get the paperwork started, run credit and get the interest rate. I didn’t like the numbers, I’ve been trying to get my deposit back ever since, they keep putting me on hold for 15+ minutes and then hanging up. The manager took my info 2 weeks ago and said he would call back, I’m still waiting. I still haven’t gotten my money back, the salesman name I believe was Jermin.

Our sales rep, Max, was extremely helpful and courteous. He took his time, answered all of our questions, and we did not feel "pressured" into making a deal. Max also made the extra effort to procure the vehicle with the particular color that I wanted when it wasn't immediately available. Good experience overall.

Bayside Jeep denied to accept and service my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4XE which stalled and shut off on me on the Whitestone bridge. After waiting 3 hours for roadside assistance to show up, they dropped of my Rubicon at bayside since it was the closets location. Despite the fact that I purchased 2 Jeeps here at this dealer before, they refused to service my Rubicon because I did not buy it from them. Made me call a tow truck again and take it to another dealer. I called corporate office and emailed Jeep Execs. I will never visit Bayside for any future deals. Terrible service, and zero empathy.

This company leaves your car in the street WITH YOUR WINDOW OPEN.They have parked cars all around the neighborhood for weeks at a time.I wouldn’t trust this company. Zero stars if possible. Also they use the Public Streets to park the cars they are servicing. They take up 10 to 15 spots on multiple streets in the area waiting to be serviced. Not fair at all to the residents of the area so they can make a buck and they have 2 garages it seems that are probably also packed. They will park your car on the street and not their garage.
