Western charged double what we were quoted at time of check out. The room was filthy and the building as a whole is in disrepair. When communicating with the front desk they were rude when we asked for towels/blankets. The pictures are not an accurate reflection of the rooms. I would avoid if you want Best Westerns quality.

The place was clean and the service was good throughout the stay, they were sending me messages to see if I needed anything. I fully recommend it.

I’ve always appreciated Best Western for the price to quality of rooms. But this Best Western charged double what we were quoted at time of check out. The room was filthy and the building as a whole is in disrepair. When communicating with the front desk they were rude when we asked for towels/blankets. I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. The only benefit of this place is it being close to JFK airport. I booked a room and told them we had 5 people the guy I spoke with said the rooms were very big and could accommodate. I realized later that was just to get me to reserve a room. We were coming from out of town. So we very late and didn't get there until 1am but I called before and let them know. When we got there to check in there was a family there that told me they were waiting for over an hour to speak to someone at the front desk. Finally someone showed up and gave us our rooms. When we got to the room I was so upset. It was so small. The sink was next to the beds the bathroom was very close to the beds. it was like a jail cell and definitely uncomfortable for 3 people let alone 5. My uncle had to sleep on the floor and my mom on a chair. Although this was bad we thought maybe we purchase another room so we could all have some good sleep. When we went down to ask the front desk what we could do the front desk clerk was gone. What hotel does that? usually someone is there 24 hours a day, no? Who do you talk to if there's a problem or for extra sheets? I literally could have went behind the desk and did whatever I wanted. There was no number to call. Basically we were there by ourselves. Also the parking lot is small with these beams in between of most the spots making it very hard to park. Worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life and for $200 plus a night I felt like I was robbed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Maybe my enemy.

90% of the photos on this google listing are not of this property. Two seconds into the room, we turned the lights on and they were flickering fluorescent bulbs. The pillow dust covers were yellow and stained. The phone was also horribly yellowed. Not what you would expect at a three star hotel. My gf didn’t want to take her shoes off or put her bag down. We left shortly after checking in; at around midnight, and drove four hours home.

I don't even know where to start .. I've stayed at Best Western Hotels in Vermont and they are amazing . NOT THIS ONE !!! The sink is outside the bathroom and it looks like it's ready to detach from the wall . The sink is sinking to the floor haha. Not to mention the sink is so low my knees could brush their teeth if they had any . The front desk people are not necessarily the most friendly either , they sent me a txt around 10:30am the day of my arrival to do a check in , they requested ALL KINDS OF PHOTO ID to be uploaded before the check in . Than once you get to the hotel you literally have to do the same process again . What's the point of uploading things if you'll still have to do it again at check in ??! I thought the whole idea was to save time. I also requested a digital key on my phone and mine was available even tho the app says once you get assigned to a room a key will be available . Making a long story short if you have to be in Bayside do yourself a favor and find another place cause this one is more like you're paying to sleep in a closet than a room. They have parking but it is #1 not big enough to accommodate all the guests and #2 is not very well designed either , there are more columns blocking spots and making difficult to park than an actual parking space .

I so highly recommend this facility when you are staying in Queens, you have great access to the LIRR for trips to Manhattan, you are close to shopping and activities, guest services employees are outstanding, it is clean, fresh, and well kept. Breakfast buffet is great. Rooms are very efficient.

There was no wifi and purposefully disabled AC in the rooms. The thermostat in my room read 86 degrees when i woke up in the middle of the night sweating. I mean seriously, what hotels at this price point disable air conditioning? front desk couldnt have cared less and didnt even try to make any accomadations for the inconvinence. They also do hallway maintaince like trim repair and paint work throughout the night. Id have rather sleep in my car, at least that way i couldve ran the AC, but the private parking lot is littered with physical signs warning of theft and felt dangerous. I also noticed the main elevator for the parking lot and room access is clearly permitted only for freight and operator use, not for passenger travel.
