Such a bad experience. We went to this place when it was open...all the cars were locked and nobody approached us. We felt like they didnot even want to sell these cars.

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE !!! THEY SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND LIE LIE LIE SELLING YOU 150K PLUS CAR WITH MILEAGE THEY SAID WAS 56 MILES AND I ENDED UP HAVING OVER 1,755 MILES . THEY HAD ME COME IN FOR A SERVICE JOB LESS THAN 1 MONTH OF ME OWNING THIS SUPPOSEDLY BRAND NEW M 850i COMPETITION COUPE !!! WHY DO I NEED SERVICE ALREADY I SAID , BAYSIDE BMW SAYS ITS NORMAL PROCEDURE. ANYWAYS I GOT SUCKERED FOR $166K ON A CAR THAT HAD 1700 MORE MILES THAN SOLD TO ME . NOW THEY ARE SAYING I PUT THE MILES ON THE CAR. HOW THE HELL CAN I PUT 1,700 MILES ON THE CAR IN LESS THAN A MONTH.. THEY LIE LIE LIE SMILE TO YOUR FACE GETTING YOU TP BUY / PAY AND BAM !!!! SCREW YOU . WELL THEY WOLL NOT BE HAPPY SOON ENOUGH.. I HAVE PLENTY OF MONEY AND HEAD HUNTING LAWYERS !! STAY AWAY FROM BAYSIDE BMW ON NORTHERN BLVD ACROSS THE STREET FROM 111TH POLICE PRECINCT .. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!

Sean parks . This is your go to guy, with TWENTY plus years of experience, this gentleman knows his customer base has wonderful manners and is more importantly flexible with pricing, but you as a customer must also be realistic you’re getting a BMW NOTA HONDA. I particularly enjoyed the fact that he was willing to work with me on the price, we picked out what I wanted and we closed the lease next day, yes the next day. This was my first BMW lease. On a personal note, I verified his pricing with a family dealer who does all sorts of leases, even he said it’s a good deal take it now, another note which is equally as Important is how a sales man presents himself, I don’t want to talk to a 25 year old kid in sweatpants and a white T explaining to me how money works, it’s not happening (example BMW of Atlantic City). Clear cut communication, explanation of what ALL the fees are, what am I paying for, where it’s going. I was very anal and very thorough and I got a great deal.
Go to this man for your BMW purchases people you will not regret it. Professional with 20+ years of experience In sales and management. But before you go DO YOUR RESEARCH, see what other deals go for, see if you have good credit see other offers so you come prepared and not expecting to pay 700 for a x5m package bmw. Real expectations so that when he gives you a good deal you will know it’s a good deal! I wasn’t prepared so I had ti do more research, when I did I was glad I went to Sean Parks.
To Sean, thank you for a pleasant experience, you have earned another loyal customer. You sir a gentleman and a scholar. 😂

My experience as a returning customers wasn't pleasant frenando cedeno was trying to fleece me again I got smarter bmw wide world in spring valley got a better version of 3 series wiry $190 dollars cheaper per month

Called before I went to see a car. Drove in terrible traffic. As soon as I got to place they said it just got sent to auction. Bait and switch. But they had other cars to sell me. Highly don't recommend. Bmw manhattan is so much better. New had a problem. Just don't use bayside.

Don't buy a car from this dealership, The loan manager is unreliable. I cancelled the extended warranty and tire warranty three months ago and haven't received a refund yet. I contacted the dealership several times about this and they told me to wait. Today I contacted BMW's loan department and they told me that the extended warranty is still in effect and asked me to contact the dealership. BMW's service is terrible.

Very dismissive salesman Rob and Chris Anant. Would not negotiate pricing, car is listed way above the national average. They refused to bend on the pricing and refused to send me over a proposal via email. Also requested my drivers license which I was not giving them via email just to get an out the door pricing. Very arrogant like I need them they don't need me as a customer.

After completely ripping me off by selling me a used vehicle for the price of a new one and currently standing with a negative equity of 20k, “promise we will make things right” I have been trying to get in touch with them but can’t get through. They only work with you when they want to scam you. Professionalism at its finest. Purchased or leased multiple cars from them but will make sure the world finds out about this corrupt business.

Scammers avoid at all costs!
Talk to you about what? You guys scam the people everybody who’s reading this make sure you check the Kelley Blue Book value of your car before you purchase anything from the scammers and if something goes wrong, they never pick up their phone. Would’ve never recommend them to anybody save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable dealership.

I worked with manager Mike Elder, finance manager Joel Torrecampo, and salesman Chris Anant. These three gentlemen provided me the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Not only did they have the exact car I wanted, but they gave me a great deal. Everything was handled over the phone, as I am from out of state, and they made it an easy experience. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was exactly as described. Highly recommend this dealership.
