Staff here are doing favour on customers it seems they so busy to smile at u or listen. 4 to 5staff in a branch with 1 or 2 customers always so much attitude and arrogance OMG my account got scammed my son's account got scammed this bank is not safe.

Didn’t think I’d ever be posting a review about a banker but Diego went above and beyond for us when we went to handle a complicated transfer and answered our questions with patience and understanding. Highly recommend!

I had some issue with my Chase counts. I visited this branch several times. Luckily staff here are all very friendly, patient and professional. My special thanks to the manager Nicholas , lead associate operations Glenda, and bankers Mr . Diego and Mr. Zhao. You guys are the best!

Be aware!!! Once you are done with your bank business you must leave immediately! Don’t even think about leaving the premises without your car. They will eye you where you go and have your car towed. I guess once you are done with your banking stuff you are no longer respected as their customer. They were so eager and quick to get my car out of their parking lot, saying I can’t park my car for two hours( no I did not park my car two hours).but hey who’s counting, I left and it’s my fault right? I’m not considered their customer once I’m done putting my money in. oh by the way I had to use the bank again to get some cash to pay the towing company. How funny!! The banker looked like she was getting a kick out of it.

In this location they have 2 out of 3 ATM machines not working for over 2 weeks.U would think that GP Morgan a Billionaire company would have them fixed a little sooner. We all know things break and parts supply are a bit behind but we ate talking about GP morgan chase. To my experience is more a management problem. Get a new manager.

Where do I start.....? Old fashioned style decor and no one cares? I walked in here 3 weeks ago with my daughter to get her a college checking and savings account. Slow service, got helped. Deposit some money into her account and within the next 2 weeks, chase closed her account and send her balance back as a refund check because they couldn't "verify" the two checks I deposited into her account. This is after hours of phone calls from various reps with all different kind of stories. Finally we received the chase refund check so we came back to the branch to open up an account again. We walked in, everyone saw us but no one greeted us, we just stood in the middle of the lobby for about 5 mins-7 mins then a man name Sam (I suppose he's the manager) came and asked if we needed help. We explained the situation to him and he promptly set us up with a rep. The rep was nice but he doesn't seem competent as he had to walk away a couple of times for whatever the reason. What prompted this review was that he actually tried to pass us off to another rep because he said the website wouldn't load. I kindly asked if he can try again or set us up with a different rep first so we don't have to repeat our story again. He sighed secretly, looking annoyed, said "of course" And guess what, it worked almost immediately. Anyways, although I don't blame the branch for Chase's ridiculous reasons of closing her brand new account. I do blame them for their lackluster services and their ability to make us feel unwelcome. I have many accounts with Chase, I really hope they step up and treat their customers better, even if opening up personal accounts doesn't count for their quota..... Update: the rep was slightly nicer at the end so he's earned the extra star.

Andrew Surance and Johnny are awesome. Very experienced and they never let me down. I don't understand why other posts here are so sensitive with the branch parking lot and these bankers. During Covid, all businesses across the country are short staffed; newbie banker might not be as helpful as they should be but they get the job done eventually. Save your time and go to Andrew and Johnny.

Opened a College Checkings account here with a banker named Andrew Surace. I told him I wanted the college checkings account with the $100 bonus. Did not walk me through the steps or explain anything to me. Therefore, I did not know I had to receive a coupon through my email and thought that he had just applied it. Turns out, he didn't create my account with the bonus and now I am unable to receive it. The other reviews here about customer service is no joke. Definitely check out a different Chase location if you want to resolve an issue. Do not go to the banker named Andrew Surace, a relatively tall white male.

Wish there was 0 stars. Unfortunately, it must be hard for large organizations to conduct proper customer service training at all branch locations. I have always had a great relationship on a personal level with Chase and when I've received calls in the past from private client services, it was always polite and cordial and employees acted as if they wanted to do business with you. Came here to set up a business account today. Walked in with no one around and a few folks huddled inside their cubes. Someone \"checked me in\" and said it might be a few minutes. I waited an hour. When I got up to look for the person a few times... she was nowhere to be found. Then I finally saw her near the door of the teller station... kinda looking at me and not thinking to approach me. So I naturally approached her and said I've been waiting an hour When she said a few minutes. She said that she told me there would be a wait and she didn't say a few minutes. Fine.. maybe I misheard.. moving on. She said others that came in had appointments. So you couldn't say that when I walked in? You think an hour wait doesn't warrant the small piece of information like it may be a long wait.. do you want to make an appointment? Even phone bots say that these days (do you want a call back? Etc.).. I should've read the previous reviews. Employees here have no interest in doing business with you. Chase is a great company but AVOID THIS BRANCH!! Update: just drove 5 minutes to the branch in Bay Terrace mall... NIGHT AND DAY. Teller came out to see who is available. Another customer service representative told me it would just be a few minutes. Everyone looked busy but were cognizant of my existence and got me help within 5 minutes. Great communication and glad to see folks who actually care about customers! Conclusion is that if you love fancy buildings but hate your own time.. go to this branch.. otherwise go to bay terrace to be treated like a customer.
