Tried to open a checking account but the Citibank worker - Luna asked TOO MANY PERSONAL questions. I have open checking accounts with other major financial institutions and they do NOT ask so many personal questions. It is shame Citibank has lost customer service. They outsource their help desk to India which they read ONLY scripts generated by Citibank and cannot offer alternative solutions and USA people work as robot and DO NOT WORK with the customer to solve problems

Why is this branch closed before business hours??? And the door to the ATM is locked? Many people tried using their ATM card ... But it was locked?

If trust isn’t high on your list of priorities and being ignore and being lied to isn’t a big deal, this is the place to stash ALL of your money!
On my first and definitely last visit here no one comes out to greet me after 40 minutes. There is a sign in sheet which must be some kind of inside joke that bankers and regulars get a good laugh out of as the former hide in their cubicles until the latter bolt past the sign in sheet and knock down their doors demanding help.
I wasted an hour waiting, after three customers who came in after me just waltz on by, for a piece of paper that took 5 minutes to print.
When I asked why I was skipped three times, I was told the others were Citigold clients. Oh really? I pointed to the sign in sheet, where none of them checked off “citigold” But guess who did check off Citigold? Me!

My favorite bank! Best app for your banking needs. Parking for the branch can be a problem so walk or take a bus.

Do not deposit money with bank tellers because they steal your money!!! I thought it was my mistake of miscounting but my mom had the same experience at another completely different occasion. They rob you!!!!
