It is inexcusable to have a consistent line around the corner for med pick up. Not to mention, there are 3 registers at the pharmacy, but only one person staffing the register almost every time I come to pick up meds. This place is not staffed sufficiently which is incredibly disappointing given the number of customers that are always here

The pick up line was long and there was 2 or 3 pharmacist with 7 or more techs, 1 cashier !! There was no urgency to open another register!! Such poor customer service! Please train your pharmacist to take iniative to manage techs at register as part customer service. I understand if you were understaffed but with that many employees in the pharmacy there's no excuse!!

Worse CVS I’ve ever been to and I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. You’d think because of the neighborhood they’ll have better customer service and customer urgency but bro hire more pharmacist there’s so many people looking for a job. There’s no reason there’s only one every freaking day. Waiting 30+ mins in a line for a medicine

I placed an order at Uber Eat and they didn't have anything that I ordered and lastly and to top it all off what they replaced me with was very bad service from the store that doesn't have anything or anything similar and the order from Uber too

Try to steer clear of this pharmacy- been going here for years, and it's just getting worse and worse. If you want medication in a timely manner, you're better off with Raindew. These people give you the wrong time, and they are constantly out of stock. Lines are crazy- too many people go to this pharmacy, and it's just run inefficiently. STEER CLEAR!

One of the worst service I got. I went in to buy Hair color and the price was higher in store compared to their CVS website. I asked them to match the price, they refused and told me to order online.
I ordered online, they accepted the order and after sometime I got email that my order is cancelled, no reason was given. They had it in stock because I was in store.
No wonder their reviews are so bad. They might as well shut down this store.

I recently visited CVS Pharmacy and had a very disappointing experience with one of the managers. They were extremely unprofessional and rude. It was clear that they were uninterested in helping and seemed annoyed by my questions.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness, but this encounter was the complete opposite. I hope the store addresses this issue and ensures that their staff provides better customer service in the future.

Please don’t come to this pharmacy. Always an extremely long line. Half of the staff don’t know what they’re doing and have to ask the other half for help or advice. overall just a crazy environment. I understand they take break but shutting down the whole pharmacy midday….common now. They look shocked when they open back up and see everyone waiting.

Shift supervisor was super rude today, ludamattie or whatever her name was. She claims they don’t “keep any stock in the back”…asked another employee and he brought out a whole box of it. Then I went to the register and she claims she has to cancel all the self checkouts, I hear her cursing under her breath. Super rude and unprofessional.
