Small store but it has competent and pleasant pharmacy staff. The parking lot is usually packed and the pharmacy lines usually take a while. This is now 1 of only 2 remaining chain pharmacy locations serving Bayside and Whitestone. It shows.

Absolute worst CVS pharmacy O have been to. The pharmacy has no organization in place to handle the very long "lines" of customers. I put lines in quotes as they have multiple "lines" ... one which everyone sees in between stanchions headed to the pharmacy cashier, and the others, just where they haphazardly throw you if you have a question or the register is not able to service the sale due to insurance etc at the time. These other lines are not organized at all and you are haphazardly told to wait while others cut in front of you .. you can't blame the customer as they don't even know who's been waiting. I waited over an hour yesterday for no good reason at all. Had an appointment that I missed. When I protested, I was simply dismissed out of hand. CVS - get some management in place please. These are customers that usually are sick and to add this to their troubles is outrageous

The staff, Mohammad, the girl and boy that worked on January 13, 2024 after 6pm were extremely helpful! They took the time to take care of me regarding an item when I called. Very professional and caring. Thank you!

Overall my expertise at this location was excellent. Products I looked for were in shock. Service personnel were quite attentive.

Boss is a scammer. Hired crooks that would boot your car if you walked out the parking lot even if you just shopped at the CVS and was a customer. Wouldn't release your car unless you pay the $200 for no reason. Multiple calls were made to 911 and hopefully the boss isn't laughing in the scam money now. Never forget what they did few months ago. DO NOT SUPPORT SCAM BOSS' BUSINESS ROBBING US PEOPLE.

Came at 1:34 and was asked to come back at 2pm I was a little upset but complied. When I got back at 2 the line was wrapped around the corner but the lady recognized me and generously let me go ahead. Not know I have nerve damage and standing makes my legs shake. Over very nice

The time now is 3:09 am.I just successfully spoke with Demos frim pharmacy. He generosly answered a request from us. My husband and Iwere at the pharmacy earlier tonight for prescriptions.. My hubby lost his cellphone and Demos investigated for the phone!While Demos investigated my hubby found it! Sincere thanks and gratitude for his dedication and work ethic! I do not know how to thank YOU ALL. YOU are always there for the community and us. We are elder at 81. We are also NYC retirees. DEP & DOE. Oh on a light note. Excuse any typos. I misplaced my eyeglasses!Seriously I will figure out a thank you all token.Roberta

The worst pharmacy. I call them every month on a refill they can't get right. Rude staff. If you happen to get one of these incompetents on the phone they will use the "I can't hear you" to blow you off. This pharmacy is negligent on every level. Needs to be shut down by the NY medical board

I like the store and its employees except one. This woman working the cashier is extremely rude. Every time I purchase my items and she’s the one helping me, she gives me the rudest attitude. I see her with the customers that go before and after me and she isn’t the same. A few days ago I had to purchase an itemI get there I say “hello” and place my item on the counter. She asks a few questions about the correct payment which is understandable. The problem is that she says it in such a snarky tone and her she looks annoyed. Once I was done I said thank you but she wasn’t even looking at my direction. Instead she was looking at the next person in line and she’s suddenly smiling and asking how’s your day. This isn’t the first time more like the fourth. I didn’t think too much of it at first because maybe she could be having a bad day however it doesn’t happen every single time. Especially when you are so sincere with the people that went before and after me. I don’t understand why she feels so entitled especially when this is her job. I’m so sorry that I made you do your job? You need better customer service.

Horrible pharmacy, waited 20 mins online for them to tell me they couldn't find my meds so I had to go over to another desk for someone to look it up. Turns out it was because my dentist spelled my name wrong. But he used my phone number to find my information, which I gave to the first associate. I had to go back online and wait another 20 mins because of one letter. After waiting again, they told me my meds weren't ready and it's going to take 15 mins. 20 mins later a whole hour in I have to walk up to the second desk again and ask him what's going on. Turns out my prescription was sitting in the basket for 10 mins. I would have kept on waiting. Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Changing it asap

I gave our phone number and presented the cashier Marshall with two coupons that expire today 9/03/23. There are five CVS cards under the same number, one each for our family members. He stated that the coupons did not match any of them. These two coupons were provided to me via the receipt of a purchase I made at the same store. The receipt of this ref # stated \"provided by Muhammad\"- not Mashall. 5 minutes after I left I decided to return all purchaed material to Charles. A separate rating will follow separately.

Cause there is no zero stars option. This review is for the pharmacy, not the rest of the store. I don’t know how they re able to stay in business. They are really testing people here. SIMPLY THE WORST. Come and check it out yourself .. all I can see and hear are frustrated people.

Rude and impatient pharmacist named Vicki or Vicky. I simply wanted to ask a question regarding my medication but she gave me an attitude for taking up her time I guess. Since CVS has better things to do than help consult their customers, I guess we should seek other pharmacies like Walgreens!
