Convenient location, double entrances. I just wish they had a larger selection of products but that is unfortunately due to the size of the store.

I’m giving this CVS a 5 star as a non-pharmacy customer because I can see all of the store associates trying their best to take care of the customers whenever they can. I haven’t really encountered problems with anything that isn’t related to medication yet. A big shoutout especially to someone like Matthew for being nice to everyone and being patient for so long!!! Keep up the good work!!!

The workers are nice and helpful but the owner needs to work more on keeping supplies up. Also the hours listed on Google are incorrect since they usually close the shutters as early as 7PM.

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely prejudice staff members. I typically pick up my "controlled" medication every 28 days, which insures I don't run out or cut it so close. If for some unforseen reason Im unable to get them, I have seizures when I sudden stop taking this medicine. Today is the 29th day and after a little back and forth and even explaining I could show the Left over meds from last month, I was still lied to and told it wasn't able to be filled. So long story short I was flat out lied to by their staff in the pharmacy. Maybe the pharmacist, which to me is a serious insult to my intelligence. Id rather be told then uth whatever it maybe. Even after telling them I'd be Happ to bring the left over meds(5tablets) as todays my 29th day at 3 tabs a day. NY State law is every 25 days if there are certain circumstances but the norm has always been every 28 days for the past couple of years. Have the laws recently changed? I think not... Like I said extremely prejudice people and liars. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I wish I remembered the persons name so I could post it. Flat out lied... Where is their moral compass? Smdh

Worst run pharmacy. The lines are always long, they can never find prescriptions. They have no customer service skills. Someone needs to overhaul this pharmacy and do some training.

I have been to this location approximately 50 times. I'm a loyal CVS fan, but this branch just looks depressing. Maybe it's due to the quiet residential neighborhood or the smaller size compared to the northern Blvd/Bell Blvd location. The selections are also lacking, but I will say that the employees here are good. Very helpful when needed.

5 stars for the pharmacy. The pharmacist Kelsey is amazing! She went above and beyond to get me my script filled after I experienced major issues with a different manufacturer and needed an urgent replacement. Really pleased with the service I was provided and I will continue to fill my scripts here because of her.

WORST experience at their pharmacy EVER if there is negative stars to be given it would be a -1 ⭐️! So disorganized and no logical pickup storage system. Every single time they have to hunt around the pharmacy to locate customer's prescriptions thus the long line and wait. The counter person doesn't help too by moving like molasses! Their favorite line when you go pick your prescriptions up from your doctor's visit is "we didn't get the prescription/s". One time I was given the run around after going there twice to pickup my prescription (was told being ordered and haven't arrive yet), the 3rd time I was told it is an OTC item and it is located at aisle blah blah blah!!!!!! I was told by the pharmacist one day that NY doesn't except Health First insurance anymore and have to change a different insurance policy!!! There are many other unpleasant experiences with this pharmacy!!! We are not limited as to where we can get our medicine and my friendly advice is STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!
