I received exceptional customer service from Linda Choi. She went above and beyond to ensure that my banking needs were met with efficiency and professionalism. Her friendly and approachable attitude immediately put me at ease and made me feel valued as a customer. Throughout the process, Linda exhibited excellent communication skills, as she is the only customer representative that can speak Chinese.

Just a bank. Came here for a quick deposit and the staff was friendly and there was no line at all. They also had complimentary coffee when I was there. Word.

I opened an account at this branch because they had a good money market interest rate. However in the last two weeks they have reduced the interest rate twice (without notice). I understand interest rates were cut by the Federal Reserve but to cut the interest rate twice in two weeks is ridiculous. I called the branch to let them know that I was banking with them for the interest rate and would likely take my business elsewhere and the girl on the phone said there was nothing she could do. If they don't want to work with me then I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Dime is not a big bank but they act like your business means nothing to them. I informed them of the following details and that I would like to stay at the branch but they weren't competitive with other banks now. I wanted to talk to the branch manager but she was on vacation and her assistant couldn't care less about my substantial business with the bank. Amazing how a little bank like Dime thinks they are so high and mighty that the manager wouldn't talk to a major customer. Sapna is absolutely horrible as a customer service rep., no regular update on my case, and doesn't return emails. Even after I spoke to her on the phone, and she said that she will look into my case, I waited 1 week, and she never called back. She is not doing everything a customer suppose to do, if you have her servicing you, run the other way. Ashley was great. She cleaned up after the mess Sapna left, and got my case resolved the next day.
