I have a foot injury and need comfortable walking shoes. While shopping in Bay Terrace, I happened upon Foot Locker. I was immediately greeted by Justin, who was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He carefully listened to my needs and showed me two excellent choices, one of which I purchased.
I'm quite happy with my new sneakers. Thank you, Justin!

Worst customer service!The manager there needs to be re-trained! First brings me the wrong pair of sneaker I asked for. 2nd; I asked her for two different sizes, 6 and 6 and a half. She came back with just one pair and tell me she got both sizes but she got me just the 6 and half. Ok fine, after trying the pair she decided to bring me, I wait to ask for the other pair to try on. Another associate tells me they don't have it! what??! The manager just told me you guys do! Watta he'll! So I stand on the line for a while, after waiting a long time, the manager comes, "may I help next guest" I was the next guest, I put my stuff on the counter and she leaves to take care of another customer that jumped in front, and asked for a change of shoe cz it was stained!! How rude both she and the customer, when she could've tell'm to just give her a sec and let her take care of the other customer that was there first, for example ME!Manager with light curly hair, light skin, yeah, that's her. From manager to manager, you need to do better job with customer care.

This place is awesome. Firstable is very clean and everyone is super nice. If they don't have the size youneed, they will be more than happy to order for you, which is what I did. I got my items within 3 days as the clerk said and free shipping. A great place top shop.

On 9/25/23 I purchased SEVERAL Jordan's with this footlocker one in which I ordered to be shipped at this store location. On 10/1/23 I went to footlocker and they close at 7pm.. I arrived at 6:58pm granted they just let a group of folks out the door one minute before I arrived and very well was prepping for closure of the store. What was very distasteful, disgusting, and disrespectful as I also had my three children with me, they seen me at the door, ALL LOOKED AT ME, one turned their back to me walking backwards while laughing so he does not have to "look my way", while the others chimes in laughing. One young girl looking at me and laughing and NO ONE OF THE FOUR EMPLOYEES ATTEMPTED to acknowledge me. Not one of the employees came to the door to even say, "Hi Miss we're closed" or anything just even to see what I wanted and was STANDING THERE FOR 15mins BEFORE THEY WALKED OUT OF THE STORE FOR. Which all I needed was to pick up a damn package."Ray Richardson" if that's even his name claims to be the manager and when I asked for his supervisor he claimed to not be able to give me that information.This type of customer service is inexcusable! Horrible! And if this is who is in charge, he is not doing quite a good job! Does not have the customer service skills to in a place of working and dealing with people!!!!This diserves much attention! And I will be calling corporate as well.

Me and my friends were checking for shoes and we wanted to go to footlocker. So as soon as we went in a female worker was eyeing us down with disgust and nasty posture. So me and some of my friends sat down and 2 of my friends wanted to look for shoes and they kicked us out and didn't even let us get a chance to view the selection. I don't recommend to come to this place as they have nasty workers. Thanks for looking at this review

Terrible. Female worker that had been eyeing us since we entered the store, had come up to us as my friends were looking at shoes. The rest of us sat down as for we were not getting anything. There were 6 of us in total, and 2 of which were looking at shoes. Same worker came up to us and told us to get out. Not to mention when my friend asked another worker if they had a pair of shoes, the worker said no without even checking. Truly disrespectful. I've been in several foot lockers, and this is the absolute worst one. Would NOT recommend.

AWFUL! Employees told my 2 buddies to get out as we were checking out pairs. They are also very nasty and rude! Selection is small. Awful. There are other footlockers and they are much better.
