Well it's a great place to buy your games from ??. P. S. A lot of people don't know that you can actually buy you a video game system from this place. They just think that you only can buy games, and other things there, but no! You can actually buy yourself a video game system there, while every other non GameStop store, doesn't even have them in stock!??♂️ Big facts! ?

Lately GameStop has been really bad. All the new game in my order come in Opened and looks like store display copy with stickers and beat up boxes. Me & my friends are collectors plus when we buy new game we expect it to be factory sealed like when we buy from Amazon or Best Buy. Spend over an hours on the phone for a rep & they said they will send me replacement but over two weeks & after three calls still ask me to wait? Some of the new games I bought is supposed to be Xmas gift! I can't & shouldn't have to wait over a month. So I return all these open game to the store but then the clerk told me I will lose all my points? I used 9000 points in this order. Since Gamestop is the one send me Open dirty game as new & I have no choice plus return it because the store didn't have new copy and gamestop still haven't send me replacement after two weeks not even tracking. Every time I call they said it's still pending! How is the fair? Also I had two order when I order online for in store picked up. Gamestop cancel the order next day saying due to high demand is now out of stock? so I went to the store and I see they got more then one new copy so why did Gamestop lie to me and cancel my order? & I still didn't even get my refund for this two canceled order. I have been a long time fan of gamestop. Is this how gamestop treat their loyal Customer now? I How can I get my points and $ back?

Very disappointing experience. An employee named Jeffrey who claimed to be the manager was rude and condescending while I was trying to purchase pokemon cards for my son. He essentially accused me of being a scalper and was gatekeeping the pokemon cards as if they were his prize possessions instead of retail store merchandise. He went on to exclaim that I was only 'allowed' to purchase two packs of cards, something I have never been told in any other Gamestop store in NY or beyond.Now seeing some other reviews of this store it is clear this employee is a problem and may even be up to unsavory practices in order to keep these cards for himself. Gamestop should investigate this store and this employee as I have never had such a disappointing experience as this one and based on these reviews, I am not alone in that sentiment.
