This place has become a sad place to go to. Not sure if it's under different owner or what. They to use to nice, but they become an unwelcoming place. My last couple of times ordering there was just bad. I ordered over the phone for pick up. When I went there to pick up. The person whom I pick up my order told me they over cook the pizza pies and it too dry. He said he can "remake the pies" if I want. Like I was going to wait another 30-40 minutes there while they make my pies again. I took the over cooked pies and it what dry as freaking brick. I gave them another chance recently and went back. This time I order in person. When I walked in, there was just one other customer that was waiting for her order. There was a young lady there looking at her phone even though she know I was waiting to place my order. I wanted to be nice and waited few minutes while she stares at her phone. After few minutes I realized she was not going to acknowledge me so I said excuse me. She came over to the counter with an attitude (probably because I interrupted her from her phone) and asked what I wanted. I ordered my food and she left. I sat there for about 30 minutes before another guy came over and ask what I ordered. He noticed I have been sitting there waiting for awhile. He said he was sorry I waited for so long. Gave me my order and I left. The whole time I was there, there was no other customers there. Like I said, this place used to be decent. Good atmosphere. Now, it a sad place to go to. They treat their customers like dirt. Only reason I go there is because my kids wants pizza once in a while. And they are closest to me. Time to look for other pizza place. Avoid that place like a plague.

Terrible and I spoke with owner about this he assured me won't happen again. And I love eating at Gino's. But I'm done with this dumb high school kid who can't use a bigger box instead of bringing HOy pizza home like this. Seriously so sad I've been eating there for 25 years and I will never give them another penny thanks to him. 9178559106 would love an explanation although wouldn't do much good. So obnoxious and stupid

This is an old stomping ground for me since I grew up 2 blocks away from Gino’s. I remember this pizza spot being friendly and welcoming although they were busy, that’s why I always went to this pizzeria growing up. I visited as of recently and there is no welcoming atmosphere as there once use to be. If they’re busy they WILL NOT acknowledge you until they’re ready to address you - head down and all. I thought this was an old school Pizzeria like I’ve once known, it’s okay if you’re busy - acknowledge at least and your customers will feel welcome and they’ll be patient. I didn’t feel that when I walked in and that was unfortunate.

We went in and nobody seated us or anything and we found our own table. After almost 10 minutes a lady came to get our order without even distributing any menu or utensils. Another group that they were friendly with not only got their food first but their utensils drinks and everything first although we arrived first. Horrible service don’t waste your time.

Empty place, a few people ordering for takeout. A group of us come in, no one invites us or seats us, okay, and then we find a table for ourselves. Not one worker acknowledges our presence until 15 minutes later, and took all of our orders. No utensils or any dining set up. They come in with the drinks a few minutes later. Another couple walks in, and the worker immediately greets them, seats them, and lays out their knives, forks, napkins, etc. 10 minutes later and they haven’t given us any update or word. This service is terrible. Thought multiple times about leaving until they took our order, but now nearly 30 minutes later I’m not even sure if the order is in. Do not come here. Grab better food somewhere else.

if i could give 0 stars I definitely would, customers came later and got served first, we believe we were profiled as this is a white dominant establishment.

customer service was bad! I felt offended lady up front asked another cashier to take my order . He didn't want to take the order he took other peoples order . She asked another time to take my order he had the nerve to say no I front of us. I dint know if It was because I was a different color . Then he took people his skin color . Even when the other lady asked 3 times . And we just stood there.

I didn't like the cashier lady. She was mean and rude she needs to stay home if she's not ready to work. Because of her We didn't get to enjoy pizza at all
