I placed an order to pick up an item in store, but I was never able to get the chance. GNC Company Policy states that if a pick-up order is not picked up within 3 days, then your order will be cancelled and refunded. However, I placed this pickup order a month ago, and I still haven't received my refund because these greedy storeowners will not cancel it on my behalf, making me having to contact GNC Customer Service about something that should not be an issue. Plus, they don't pick up the phone during their own business hours. These storeowners are SCAMMERS and UNPROFESSIONAL. Take your business elsewhere.

AVOID THIS GNC! They scam you on prices. They don’t scan items and type in random prices. If you ask for a receipt it doesn’t say the item you purchased but “other.” We bought something there that we realized after the fact was more than 40% the retail price on the GNC website! We’re going to report them to national GNC.

The owner called me a liar and a scammer for trying to return protein powder bought at a different GNC with the original receipt and card it was purchased on. The return policy on the receipt explicitly allows this. I went to the location on Springfield where the guy was much nicer! Would recommend going to that one instead :)

It was okay. I like GNC as well as the products sold there but the gentleman who works there told me I went there three times while I was just looking around. I don't understand what's going on with him but I should probably looking for items I like.

This was Saturday August 29th 2020 around 12pm . So long story short i was calling a bunch of GNC around my area to get a supplement called createn. I called Saturday morning to see if they had in stock i repeated my sled because i know there is keratin, and creatine but those two i was not liking for although I know the similarity in letters can be confusing. An employee picked up I asked him at least five times if they had it I made sure to be specific he said yes and told me to come in. When I got there it was one employee he looked may be Indian he gave me creatine for the hair so I told him that's not what I was asking for I called to ask for creatine mind you I had already drove 15 minutes away. Instead of apologizing and basically understanding that it was an honest mistake maybe he didn't hear me correctly he insisted to go back-and-forth with me that I was wrong and I didn't say the right word and I should've been more specific. At this point I was ready to walk out and say thank you so much but when he decided to argue with me as when I got frustrated and I told him not for nothing but I am a customer if you had an honest mistake by not understanding what I was saying then say that don't argue back with me and say that I didn't say what I said I asked him on the phone multiple times I repeated the name of the item I was looking for like I said if he didn't hear me that's one thing but when you insist on arguing with me now I'm just pissed off. So then he's like let's go to the computer and maybe we can Google it and I can find something similar I told him there's nothing similar to that. I went to walk with him now he gets mad and says "what's the point if you're not gonna buy it I'm not gonna Google it" so that now I tell him not for nothing but you work here as an employee you should know your items and if you don't then I don't understand what's wrong with educating yourself on certain products so this doesn't happen again with a different customer. At the end of the whole ordeal I basically walked out and told him there's nothing wrong with educating yourself it's OK if it was an honest mistake but you don't need to argue with the customer about who's wrong or right at the end of the day the customer is always right and in this case I was actually right. I ended up going to a different GMC just to purchase some pre-work out because After the little issue with him I didn't even want to buy anything from that store I ended up driving 10 minutes away to get pre-workout from somewhere else. In all actuality I believe he was a nice guy he just needs to know when to admit that he's wrong.

This location has been my go-to store for over 2 years. It is super convenient for me with a 5 minutes drive from my house but parking on Bell has always been difficult. I have been a huge fan of Total Lean for almost 6 years next month. I love some of the Lean Shake 25 powder flavors such as Orange Cream, French Vanilla, Banana, and etc. Remember to look out for the Limited Edition flavors such as Mango Smoothie, Pumpkin Spice, Snickerdoodle, Cookie Butter, and etc. When I get bored of mixing the powder with iced water in my blender bottle. I would buy two boxes of the pre-made Lean Shake 25 drinks where I can just chill them in my fridge. I drink one of these shakes every weekday since the weekends are my cheat days lol I tried the CLA Soft Chew and Triple Strength Liquid L-Carnitine both they both gave me this weird aftertaste. Luckily trying out different GNC products...I found my favorite liquid L-Carnitine by Pro Supps Berry flavor. I am very passionate about Total Lean as you can tell lol Anyways, I wanted to give a shoutout to Johnny who provided me with amazing customer service for my every visit. He would help me carried two boxes of Lean Shake 25 to my dad's car since I would've needed to make two trips to the car. I am not a strong person nor do I have any muscles haha Note: Your points do have an expiration date so make sure you use them!

Went all the way here tonight to get a sleep drink I was told was there called Som Sleep. When I called during my lunch hour today, the gentleman on the phone said they sell them in packs. I go there, have my mom double park..no parking in bell, I go in..and the gentleman there..never heard of the product and we can't find it anywhere. Thank you for having me drive all the way here and have absolutely no idea what I am talking about. I searched the store..I don't see it anywhere...so the gentleman from earlier was either confused or just wanted to waste my time. People make mistakes.

This store deserves nothing more than negative stars. This store does not uphold GNC's return policies. Had a friend go in to return an item she ordered online, was turned away after a lecture from the worker. He had the audacity to say "you don't have the time to come to purchase in person but you made time to come to return an item you purchased online". Long story short, he kicked her out and refused to take the return item because she didn't purchase it at his store.
