He made sure to leave no stone unturned when it came to informing us of all the features and gadgets our new car had, as well as how to operate them, this was a first and very wonderful situation to be a part of.The deal we worked out was the same deal i signed a couple of hours later, no addons or hidden fees. My first Inifniti and by the way i was treated it for sure will not be my last.

Had a great experience. Staff is very patient and willing to work with you. I had the pleasure of working with Sebastian and Jeff to purchase a 2023 qx50. Jeff made it so easy to ensure we got the slate gray color I wanted. Sebastian was professional, patient, and a great sales man.

Just picked up my new qx50 and Rainer was absolutely amazing! Worked with me to get everything I was looking for in my vehicle. His knowledge was top notch. Spent time with me showing all features. Everyone at this dealership was amazing and so friendly! It was refreshing working with them especially in today’s market! I highly recommend.

Amazing hospitality and attention from Jonathan and the whole Infiniti crew at bayside. They serviced my vehicle in great time and helped out with an issue I’ve had for a while. Even left with a slice of pizza! Highly recommend making the extra journey if you’re not in Queens, I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else!

Went today to purchase a vehicle and from the receptionist to the salesman Rey and the finance department everything went great. We left the dealership very happy and we love our new Qx60. Thank you Jeff and Rey for everything.

The service reps were pleasant and communication was clear. The wait time was far too long. 4 hours after being the second person to arrive. All services were completed and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good order.

I worked with Donald who helped me lease my QX50. He was extremely professional, helpful and patient. He wanted to make sure my husband and I were happy, and he succeeded beyond our expectations. I do not recommend the Service department. They have a fee to diagnose approx $250. They will say if the repair is a maintenance issue and not covered by warranty you will be responsible for the diagnostic fee unless you go ahead with repairs in their facility. This is almost like a trap. They won't provide details of what is warranty related. They take a long time to diagnose and give estimate, then they threaten a $75 fee for storage if you don't pick the car up within a day or two of being called with estimate even though it's written in the fine print your supposed to have five days and the storage fee is only $25 per day. They claim they are in process of changing this. The estimate was also at least 3x more than a local repair shop. So ultimately stay far away from this service shop, for your own sake.
