Sienna K is very rude and didn’t even wear a mask after telling her multiple times my family is high risk. They need to tell her to fix her attitude. Professionalism is key in the career world. Next time take that into account before you treat others wrong. Also her hygiene could be better, she reeked of marijuana

Very bright and warming place. The staffs are favorable to the customers and helpful. When i need some coin, they did all their best to get the coin for me in spite of short of the stock.I love this bank and all staffs.Thank you,

Superb bank. They specialize on loans and savings primarily. I went for a consultation on my business to get more feedback, and a possibility of a business loan. I spoke with Mr Kim, and he is by far the best and most knowledgeable person out there in his field. His honesty, and experience tops any boa/chase management team I have spoken with. Don't speak over him, and just listen because the information you are getting is a gem. He isnt always available but you have to make an appointment to see him. Im not sure with the other people but they should be great as well. Again, he was amazing, and highly recommended!

Worst experience ever in a Korean bank.
While I was visiting the bank I was greeted by very friendly staff (this is the only reason why I'm giving this place 1 star). However, when the older lady, she claimed herself as a manager, came to me and trying to explain the products I really couldn't understand her and she failed to explain various points of the products. I actually had to research them online. When I asked her if I can talk to anyone else due to the language barrier she insist that she is the only who can help me. After requesting other staff to assist me on my financial product needs she became very rude and condescending manner. Not to mention, her breath smelled like a trash can.
If I didn't have to bank with them I would move my business elsewhere.
