Blond barista skipped me on the line today. When the customer he took instead asked about me, he just shook his head. Not coming back to this location.

I got the chocolate bun and honestly was very disappointed. The chocolate taste like the chocolate you get from those golden chocolate coin candies , then melted up and slapped into a bun. Also just tried the bread loaf that they had, wasn't very fresh. I did have a weird feeling buying it because it looked like it was sitting around for awhile so I shoulda trusted my instincts . Probably not comin back after this one

Place wasn't busy, latte came out tasted it and it was pretty much MILK. Asked worker if a latte is supposed to be this much milk hoping it would be corrected, but responded that this is how they make their latte. I asked ok then next time should I order my latte with less milk to avoid it tasting like just milk, and she said if I do that then they'll just add more ice. Ok then I guess I will never be back. You can tell when someone wants to help, but this employee clearly wanted to just continue her convo with her male colleague rather than actually help a customer.

This place was fantastic, great selection of pastries, the salads and sandwiches were also very tasty. Lots of unusual things to try if you’re from the UK. Staff really friendly, you can get a good cup of hot tea from here too (which wasn’t always easy to find elsewhere!). Prices also reasonable for NYC. We had breakfast at the 7th ave branch opposite Margaretaville everyday.

I love all their cakes and bakeries. But I took one star off for putting too much of candy corns. Beside it makes the cake too sugary, it takes up space and made the cake smaller. Another star off is for $50 it's quite pricey when 1/4 of the cake is hollow and filled with candy corns. I wrote this review after I already finished and see how much candy corns in the cake.

Stopped in this wonderful pastry shop on our last NYC trip and knew we would find another in the city. Definitely a great tastebud experience. We enjoyed a hot cocoa and a flat white. All the pastries are wonderful. Try a couple and find your favorite too.

If I can give a zero I would, I've been waiting in the counter for 5 mins. When we asked for help, the lady asked us to wait and didn't help us. She went off to talk to other coworkers and helping other customers behind me. She completely ignored my existence and left without helping me. Never come back got his store again.

This review is for the location at 303 Park Avenue South. Christian makes an excellent Chocolate Frappé. Not too sweet and with a puff of whipped cream on top. This is a Korean bakery cafe chain with a French name and quasi French fare. A vast array of edibles are abundant during the day. Ham and cheese sandwiches are quite filling. All the puff pastry encased savory items have sugar in them. What stands out are the exquisitely decorated cakes and pastries. Each cake is a work of art decorated to perfection with cream. One could imagine that their taste will be just as heavenly. Alas, no. Like Japanese cakes, Korean cakes are muted in flavor. A vivid imagination works wonders here. I have admired many a cake but have eaten only a few. Occasionally I have a macaron with the coffee as those are quite good. Loaves of bread are also sold here. I ate many slices of the milk bread which with summer tomatoes made a fine lunch at home. When I finally looked at the list of ingredients I realized that I was eating bread that had many preservatives and sadly gave it up. Ample seating with tables and chairs where one isn’t rushed out is in this large cafe. There is a unisex clean restroom at the back with a code. All the employees who work here hace beaming smiles and are always helpful. Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

This spot was great for a quick breakfast. Their coffee was excellent, no burn taste and not too hot as a drink right away. Highly recommend sitting by the window to people watch. Get the paper receipt as the bathroom code is on it. Overall will come again.

My family and I often frequent this establishment when we visit NYC. It is conveniently close to Penn Station and located in the midst of K-town. The food is delicious. We had one bad experience with the staff members not checking on food allergies. My daughters are severely allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. We asked the workers whether a certain cake (cappucino cake) had tree nuts, and they claimed that the cake was nut-free after claiming they didn't know. However, we briefly checked the ingredients online and found that this cake contained peanuts. Had we gone ahead with our purchase, my daughters would have suffered an anaphylactic reaction. It can't be this difficult for the workers there to figure out which foods have potential allergens. (By the way, the labels on all the foods show what allergens are present. However, this cake's label was not readily visible behind the glass covering, and so the allergens were not easy to see.) I would appreciate it if this Paris Baguette store could educate its workers to make sure its customers remain safe. This could have been a catastrophic event for our family outing! I didn't appreciate the attitude of the workers, who couldn't be bothered to check on allergens. When we pointed out that the cake contained peanuts, no apologies were offered. I recognize that the workers are probably very young, but the service should be much better for such a busy location.

This Cafe has fresh baked sweet & savory goodness? The bakery showcase is downstairs- grab & go or sit & dine. The atmosphere is a peaceful serene contrast to the busy Times Square outside. Excellent healthy food!

The service has always been top-notch, but the food had dropped immensely. In my recent visit, where I bought a few of the assorted items, the quality is not what it used to be. The pastries did not seem fresh and the fillings were so little compared to their past it was like "what am I eating again?"For the price, very disappointing.
