There is only one kiosk to sign in and it does not work properly. I asked for assistance and the employee was annoyed and extremely rude. Then she purposely took a walk in patient before my scheduled appt . I willl NOT go back to this location. Three mos ago the same woman forgot to open the tube and was moving the needle around in my arm until I insisted she remove it from my arm when she discovered her error..

I tried going in as a walk in early in the morning (3/29) (keep in mind no one was even in the waiting room). A staff person walked out 10 minutes later and asked if I had an appointment. I said I was a walk in and she told me they weren't accepting walk ins today. I politely said no problem and tried to look if any other locations had appointments open up on my phone. She then comes up to me and rudely points at the website/number to schedule an appointment and says "For the love of God please schedule an appointment. We are understaffed." I didn't even say anything to begin with. There was no need to come at me and say anything more than they weren't accepting walk ins. I was just trying to see if any other locations had appointments that opened up for that morning since I didn't see anything the last few days (which one thankfully did but 30 minute drive away). It's fine if you don't accept walk ins but there was no need to be rude about it. They could also at least put a sign up saying that or put it on the website about no walk ins instead of wasting people's time. The location in Roslyn though was great and I was in and out within 7 minutes for my blood work so props to them.

I have a standing order on file, it would be nice if technician would tell me before it’s about to expire I happen to ask and was told I would need a new standing order for next visit, several times I thought I still had a valid standing order only upon arriving to be told that I can’t have my lab test done because of expired lab order.

Sitting here right now. Checked in over my phone as I was parking. There was no intake forms to submit or to upload my blood work request. Lab tech calls my name as soon as I walk in the office (it’s 8:13. Appointment was for 8:10) and I walk directly in and she was like we’ve been calling and calling you. Then I get put in exam room and the tech is huffing and puffing and is looking at my blood work request and out loud says, “Jesus Christ what is all this”. With a couple more huff and puffs I’m ready to leave without even continuing. I asked the women for my report back and she is like “why are you acting like this girl?” I proceed to tell her you’re in healthcare and you being irritated doesn’t make a patient comfortable. I don’t treat patients that way and I expect at bare minimum for someone to just stay quiet if they’re having a bad day. Repeatedly asked for my work up back and she told me to sit down that it’s her face and I told her it isn’t, it’s your attitude. Long story short I needed the blood work and had it done as I wasn’t going to continue arguing with her and she wasn’t giving my paperwork back. But I would’ve driven to Suffolk to avoid being treated this way by a “medical professional”. I’ll never bring my family or be returning myself. Brace yourself for this location. They certainly need bed side training.

Waited for over an hour in a packed waiting room, then nurses announced that they are at least 40 minutes behind as they were short staffed. Whomever runs this place needed to provide more staff for the ammount of patients they have.

Horrible staff! I went to do my blood work just yesterday and before even did my blood work, the person in charge for it who did not understand no English or pretended she didn't kept running my debit card for copays that I had previously paid already and double charging me for my bloodwork tests I had to get done that day. When I asked for explanation since I had proof of my receipts I paid before and showing her that she’s double charging me for the same tests an extremely rude manager/phlebotomist waked in the room and attacked me me with a loud and very disrespectful tone and language and asking me “what is the problem here?!”. Before I even got my bloodwork yet she put me as a patient in extremely stressful position and raised my blood pressure instead of keeping their patients calm. I asked her to get out of the room so I can get my blood work done and she told me with an attitude “have fun!” and walked out saying “I can’t deal with ridiculous people”. This person needs to get fired and go get some proper trainings to learn some manners and professionalism that she is very much lacking. I have receipts and I will get my money back as my health insurance assured me but I will also never go back to this center or recommend it to anyone. Every patient including myself have legitimate reasons due to health issues to go do blood work and deserve to be treated with patience, respect, and calmness and this is definitely not the space for it.

I had this asia woman name Lisa very unprofessional and she on her celll phone. She took my blood and fishing around my vein trying to draw blood . I advance her to use the anticubutal area . She cause discomfort and now my arm is swollen and sore. I explained to her what she did. No apology at all.
Mind you I am a professional medic 30 plus years and I would never treat my Patient like in a unprofessional manner. I will .never return to that location or use her. She is horrible person

You sit in a windowless room and interact with a kiosk. No human is there to help. If you have questions no one is there to answer them. If you knock on one of the unmarked doors the staff ignore it. When the staff open the door to call the next victim they are swarmed by desperate people looking for help and they are dismissive and indifferent to anyone’s concerns. I’m surprised there isn’t a disembodied voice over a loudspeaker calling victims in, but I’m sure that will be next. It was disturbing to me what a stressful and dystopian environment exists at this location. You could wait for hours just to be told you are in the wrong place. Because you don’t matter to quest. You are just a flesh bag to suck profits out of

It was a painless process and staff was friendly. I recommend making an appt before going in if you don’t want to wait. Only thing is that finding street parking is a little bit tricky around this street

I was nervous after reading all of the negative reviews. I made an appointment, got there 10 minutes early Did the self check in and was called in 15 minutes later. Lisa the technician was incredible, especially because I'm a big baby when it comes to needles. Very kind and professional , she was extremely efficient and quick. Thanks!
