My husband went on a Sunday to do an Amazon drop off and got hit in the parking lot. It was a hit and run. We called the police a per the rules of the city go through your insurance and get video footage from the store. Well guess what staples doesn’t have any cameras. We are in 2025!!! You must be kidding me. Do not shop at staples!!! If this or anything happens you don’t have any type of proof whatsoever. The world we live in we need cameras.

I like this store. Pretty well stuffed with merchandise.. And workers are nice and try to help. But, I wish there were more cashiers at check-out. If, you, the manager see there is a line, then send an extra cashier at check out until the waiting line is over.

Staples at 20934 Northern Blvd, Bayside
has the most efficient and pretty knowledgeable staff.
The facility is kept in order and stocked well.
Everything is expensive everywhere.

Not the largest Staples store in the area, however organized well enough for supplies that one needs. I wish the parking lot wasn't quite as quirky to maneuver, but at least there is one. It's too bad Staples seems like it is the only place left for office supplies and equipment in a brick and mortar store. Sadly, it doesn't really feel like a local store, but it's all we got for the moment.

Online e order pick up at baseline store needs to be moved from business services. 3x in 2 mo the I had to wait 30+ minutes to pick up o line order. O line order pickups should be moved to anther area and register associate can call for it to brought out

Manager Mary was rude, and there was no manners. I waited on the line for Amazon return . Then, I went to check out when there was no line . And she approached me with no manners. I explained I was on a line where there was no one else, and she refused to listen to me and continued to direct me to the so-called line when there was no line. Mary, who claims to be a manager, was unprofessional. I left my items to the side and left the store. Her being unprofessional should lead a store. Horriable customer service.
Her attire as well is unprofessional .

Make sure to doublecheck that the price you pay matches what’s listed on the shelf. Because you may pay more than you are supposed to pay.

Staples has a great selection especially for items that I need in a pinch right away. I enjoy browsing the store for tech, and I see they have great deals on PC's laptops tablets, and even Amazon and Google devices I see they sell there. Anything I can think of that I would need for a home office and in terms of tech I know I can always go there and find it. It's a great location plenty of parking and the employees are wonderful employees are great they give great assistance their knowledgeable about the products that are sold in the stores and I'm thankful that this Staples is there in the neighborhood. Shout out to Chris for helping me get my PC to my car. Great and helpful person!
