I didn’t get a survey on my receipt, but I had to leave a review. The workers (C&C) were so nice and looked for a notebook for me. They didn’t end up having it, but the workers and manager went above and beyond for me and I absolutely appreciated it. I definitely recommend coming to this store!!!!

First time printing at Staples and I was led to believe that the Pic I sent to email from phone wasn't going to be an issue with color. So Much so that I pre-paid for it. The image was on a white piece of printing paper and the print came out beige along with the rest of the colors being off. I pointed it out to Manager Valerie, whose response was both insulting and condensing.."It's common sense that a Pic from a phone won't print correctly" I told her that I didn't know that and once again with a look Said well it's common sense and everyone knows it., along with a take it or leave it attitude.immediately was upset and told her she just insulted me and if I didn't have common sense to know that then what does that make me. I told her,that as a Manager she should educate and accommodate those who don't know ontop of being first time customers.She then continued to tell me that the white background was the same as the print. Another employee stepped in and was Great asked questions gave answers plus directed me to use their print specialist team to alter the shades. Perfectly handled however had this been presented to me at first I obviously would have spent more knowing that a phone Pic could be altered,. If Valerie is a representation of the Staples brand you should atleast advise tour managers to apologize which I didn't even get. Attention people who are unaware of how Staples printing is or printing images from different sources, you will not be treated with hospitality custom service and Decency from this store and Manager Valerie. Staples do better in your promotion of employees to be ambassadors of.your brand.

This was my first time here for an Amazon return. I got in line and was told by the big arrogant Asian girl in a pink jacket that it's the wrong line and I need to move to the next line where there's no one in line... After I moved to that line, this same Asian girl move one step to the left doing Amazon returns for that one person who just got in line. After she finished with that person, she left to chitchat and have someone else who’s busy with another customer to handle me. I was there for 30 minutes just to return 1 item. I feel offended and discriminated against by this associate with bad attitude.

Had to Fax a document. Being unfamiliar with the office equipment in their store, I asked a busy associate for help getting the machine to take my credit card information. He gallantly came over to assist me, no problem.

The lady manager seemed very helpful to people waiting in line at the tech desk and making sure they felt acknowledged—but to be dead honest—I was just staring cause her booty was biblical. Thickkk.

Trust me I am the last person to review a staples location but If there's one thing that this location has done properly it is definitely the PRINT STATION and their service team. I feel very compelled and I Just want to send warm thanks and gratitude for everyone's great customer service, and hard work there. Even though they were visibly backed up on projects, one of the team members still insisted on delivering my order by end of day which is really impressive on Staples part. Don't know who needs to read this but thank you and keep it up.

Prices in the store don't match the online staples website. Almost every item. We had over 10 items and differeve was over 200. waited for about 15 min for the manager to approve the prices.Avoid the store. Order directly online.

My date of visit was July 8th at 8:30 a big thank you to the store manager who located three products that I really needed. And the staff are getting my copying done. @mgmt!!!!!! whoever the person is. That is the manager of this store at this time and location I highly recommend you keep him at this location very smart and very good people skills I'll continue to keep being bringing my business here. Today I went to make copies at this place. I was greeted by a woman who didn't even ask me if I wanted the color copies. She also did not tell me that the copies at the reception were more expensive! They didn't explain anything to me! They gave me the color copies and by the way I had to pay for them in cash? what a bad service they should improve it! good night

the place is wonderful, good service and wide selection. not really their fault but some of their products are overpriced.
