After being thoroughly disgusted with my experiences with nearby BIG chain drugstores I decided it was time to make a change in late June. I also wanted to wait till time had passed so I could accurately review Sterling Pharmacy. Now I can positively say that not only did I do the right thing but I am so incredibly happy I did. My life since making the switch to Sterling Pharmacy (which I frequently instinctively refer to as Sterling Forest, as Sterling Forest has a special place in my childhood memories), has been such a joy. They are highly competent and capable and I know I can trust them and rely on them completely. It has been many years since I could say that about a pharmacy in Queens, approximately, 6-7 years in fact. I should add that I do have a complicated medical history and require some uncommon prescriptions which I know from my previous experiences are difficult for some pharmacies to easily get. In the recent past, my previous pharmacy would accept my prescription and assure me that they could get it, (2 weeks before it was due) and then call me at the 11th hour and tell me they could not get it. This sent me scrambling to fill my prescription in a hurry elsewhere at the last minute. Often I had to fill the prescription in Manhattan which is rather crazy when you live in Queens. Thank Goodness for the wonderful people at Sterling Pharmacy. Make the switch yourself. You will be grateful you did much like myself.
