Waited more than 35 minutes to have something notarized; had to leave (no communication from the staff). i went to a nearby pharmacy in and out in 3 minutes. It took the notary less than 90 seconds to verify ID, sign the paper and log it into her journal.

TD Bank will not help scam victims. If you are banking with TD Bank, you will definitely lose your money here. Make sure to switch to other banks perhaps Chase would help you to restore your account if you become a victim of scam.

I have a account in this Bank. Today I took my nephew to open student account. The Asian lady told us to come tomorrow she is alone today, while she had only 1 client waiting. The Bank had just opened and why she wanted to push us out I don't understand. She had a negative attitude and TD Bank should remove such people.
We went to other TD branch on Northern Blvd and they were very helpful. I am giving 5 star to them in another review.

Went to the drive thru ATM for a deposit. I had put the wrong amount, so I requested to edit the deposit amount. So the machine refunded the money I put in, but it came out firing and my money flew all over the street. I had to get out of my car to collect the money and upon returning to my car, the machine said it kept my card because "time ran out" on the transaction. Sorry but chasing my money under my car was a mistake on your part not mine. Went inside to request my card back and the lady said she can't bc they don't deal with ATM. So my card was lost and had to request a new card. Terrible all around.

Every time we come here (which is unfortunately weekly) there is a new issue that makes what should be a 5-minute errand drag out into a 20-minute ordeal. The ATM accepts cash every other week, the drive thru is so understaffed that not a single person even contacted us to tell them they'd be right with us--presumably because the only other staff member on had to help customers out front.

Not quite as convenient as their slogan suggests. Went in for a wire transfer around 2 in the afternoon and was told to wait 20 min because "the girl that handles it just went on break." How convenient for her.

This TD Bank was amazing with excellent customer service that I received from the branch teller manager Carmen. There was a little misunderstanding on my accounts, and Carmen fixed the problem with ease. One on one service that makes everyone feel welcome and not a burden to the tellers like at the other banks. I now have 4 favorite TD Banks and I have never had a bad experience in any TD Bank even when I was in Florida.

As below review says, they asked for both your id and debit card for a check deposit, claiming this is their new rule. Called customer service, said they don’t need debit card if customer have their ID presented. Also the teller lady were not nice, the tone is like giving order to ask for my debit card.
