Xiaoshuai delivered world class exceptional customer service to my mother and I. I had a package for pickup and needed those documents notarized. Xiaoshuai walked us through the process, verified our identities and being very detailed completed his portion of the paperwork efficiently. Thank you for hiring a wonderful employee.

UPS store Bayside, ny 39th ave off of Bell Blvd---There was a pretty long line when I got there. Customer Service reps were quick and very efficient, and took care of everyone's needs in a timely manner.

Lucian is the best and was so patient with my return process. I had over 20 items that needed to be individually packed up and he helped me through the process and was really patient and nice. Didn’t make me feel bad

Me and my cousin dropped off a return package at this UPS Store (#4461), containing expensive merchandise. I have proof of drop-off, including the receipt with tracking number and even a photo of the sealed package at the store.
However, when the merchant received the package, it was completely empty. This means someone stole the item and since the package was intact when I handed it over at this store, it’s obvious it happened here. There’s no other explanation. Either someone at this location opened the box and took the item, or it was never properly shipped.
Do NOT trust this store with your packages, especially valuable items. Something very shady is going on here.

Do not drop off anything valuable at this UPS location. Both of the packages I dropped off here had their contents go missing. Each time, the eBay buyers reported that the packages had been opened and the items were gone. I lost $600 and can’t even dispute it. I initially thought it was a typical eBay scam, but both buyers made the same complaint. The only common factor is that I dropped off both packages at this location. I wouldn’t trust this store with anything valuable.

The people here are so nice! I had to get something notarized for a person with a disability and they were very accommodating for the person. I was so impressed and I was so incredibly grateful.
