Hopefully corporate sees this because all I wanted to do was pay my bill. They were with 1 other customer and advised me it would take 30-60 mins to be served and to take a seat. It takes 5 minutes to process a payment. I guess multitasking isn't a strong suit for them. Obviously I left, wasn't going to wait up to an hour. You would think Verizon wants to get paid but I guess not 🤷🏻♀️.

Probably was scammed here. At minimum I had to deal with a lot of bad customer service and a huge waste of my time. Verizon corporate admitted they must have done something wrong. They definitely also liedcto me about what they were doing with my account.

This place is horrible I guess that’s y they are always empty? I have had many issues here from paying my bill to them lying and tricking my gf into a phone she didn’t want and paying more then they said and added money to my bill , now they are chargeing me 7$ to pay bill is crazy and I’m paying in cash ,

Worst customer service. Ankita was very rude and tried to scam us. Would never recommend to go here. I would gladly drive several miles to receive better customer service.

Make a sale ! Trust me go to an official Verizon store not this 3rd world country knock off.

Honest to God, this is the best Verizon store I’ve ever been to. If you need any help, go to this location and ask for Praveen. He was so patient assisting me for over an hour with my family plan and billing issues. Saved $100 on my monthly bill and got a new 15 Pro Max with my trade in. He also hooked me up with a complementary phone case. I am definitely coming back here for all my future issues. Totally worth my 45 min commute from the city.

Praveen is AMAZING!!!!! seriously best customer service I have ever received at any phone store. 10/10. If you have any IT tech needs Praveen will hook you up so effortlessly. He took care of upgrading our iPhones and informed us the discount Verizon provided but he was so knowledgeable , patient , savvy and so kind . He deserves a raise. I almost do not want to write this review and keep Praveen to myself !

NOTE: Stacy who is the rep on Wednesdays is great. My review is directed to the store and it’s employees. The reviews here have to be fake. Be very careful of this store and it’s employees. The rep basically took unsellable items off the shelves and charged my account, refusing to answer my question of how much it is. Then rang up the charges and refused to give me a break down of the products he chose. We were in a hurry to catch a plane and he knew this so he just wasted time and finally gave me the bill as I am leaving. Charges were outrageous. I was charged $100 for 2 screen protectors. The accessories that he forced on me came out to a total of $360 (2 cases, 2 protectors and 1 power adapter and $150 phone set up fee). I still had to pay the $35 each activation fee charged by Verizon. Do not go to this store. I only wish I had read the reviews on Yelp before going. Absolute scam artists.
