This place is great! Roberto was excellent and helped revive my phone that was essentially dead in a functional sense. He was able to resolve the issue in a matter of 20 minutes. Prior to this visit, I spent hours on the phone with customer service where not able to do anything remotely helpful like Roberto was able to do. I really appreciate the care and mindfulness of the staff there and would recommend this place for phone issues in a heartbeat.

I visited this store and was immediately greeted by Ash at door and he was super friendly and helpful. He led me through the whole process of upgrading my phone and all my data from my old phone to new phone and everything worked perfectly! I also switched my home service to Fios and got an iwatch which is a something I’ve been thinking about but kept putting it off. I always have horrible experiences at phone stores but Ash was super humble, knowledgeable and so friendly. I’m super happy I switched and I’ll be only coming to this store to work with Ash moving forward. It’s hard to find a store you can trust and I felt that energy with Ash. Highly recommended and if you’re lucky enough, ask for Ash when you walk in. You’ll understand why.

My man Ash helped me get fios, I went to a different store and they sold me something that didn’t even work but he hooked me up with fios after listening to my internet needs He offered me and my son great customer service

Had the best experience with Ash. He helped me upgrade my phones, got me to protect my devices and helped me save money on my subscriptions. Definitely recommend consulting with Ash for your wireless needs!

I Got to Star in a Seinfeld Episode Except it's Not Funny
I went into this store to ask about purchasing a hotspot device. After speaking with the sales associate for about 40 mins, it was clear that the device was going to cost several hundred dollars and not suit my needs. The sales assoicate suggested that I switch my plan to a plan that, as he said, "included a hot spot." I told him that I did not want to switch my plan to something more expensive each month to which he informed me that, "my bill would be the same price as the hot spot was included in the plan." My next bill went from $82 to $103 because the hot spot was an "add on" and not included in my plan, according to the Verizon customer service reps I spoke with online. All that sales associated needed to do was not lie to my face and/or materially misrepresent the facts and I would have been fine. But now instead of making $240 extra dollars a year, Verizon is risking loosing thousands because I won't be a customer if the manager doesn't fix this tomorrow when I go in to speak with them.
I'm not a business owner, so it's probably too complicated for me to understand, however, I just don't get why Verizon allows such poorly trained employees (judging by the host of other similar reviews, it seem like this store has persistant issues with poorly trained/incompetant staff). That's all good tho cuz Hans Vestberg will still make $24+million/year!

WATCH OUT!!!!! Rep disappeared into the back behind a closed door with my ID. Sat and waited to the point another Rep asked my name and if I was being helped. Finally the other Rep came out and handed my ID back. If I have identity theft, I know where to look.
Went to upgrade my Dad's old, old iPhone. Told Rep we do not need a 14, 15 or 16, that anything is an upgrade and that I wanted something maybe free or very cheap. He told me my only option for an upgrade (because we weren't trading in the old phone) was a 16 for an extra $86/month and I "had the wrong plan" so it would be another $82 on top of that. I just got my son a phone 2 months ago at this same store and then I "had the wrong plan" so I changed it. How can it still be wrong? I told the rep this and he said "Don't know what to tell you!" I said I have been with Verizon for over 7 years I need you to work with me. He said "And I need your old phone!" Do they earn commission on trade-ins? I know why he only wanted to sell me a 16 is because they earn the biggest commission on those. I told the Rep that I was going to take my 5 lines and my FIOS and go to a competitor. His answer was "Have a nice day!" and turned to help someone else. I walked out. This Rep just did what is taught about sales day one. Never lose a sale because you want to make the most off a sale and never let a customer leave until you have done all you can to try to make a sale. And NEVER let a customer leave when they say they are going to a competitor. I called Verizon and low and behold I was able to get an iPhone SE for $11/month with no changes to my plan.
I will never go back to this store as not only do they have HORRIBLE customer service and sales tactics but are EXTREMELY untrustworthy!!!

Very bad customer service. They are verygood and nice IF you’re an incoming client for them or interested in switching. But we have to cancel off from the service because the cell signals are weak, too many dead spots in queens and even SOS signal in a 2nd floor 3 story apartment. Well its verizons fault not the store. We went there to return everything, then you can see that they have lack of interest in helping. We didn’t mind that. After 1week we came back to follow up on the refund we’re supposed to get, the Light skinned manager didn’t even look us in the eye while talking with sarcastic words and told us ‘You will wait 45mins or more’ we don’t mind waiting but say it in a nice manner’. Mind you, 2 associate is not with a customer at that time.
