Trying to breath new life into my high mileage daily driver, I of course found myself walking the isles at my local auto parts store. I was courtiously greeted and allowed just to wander, ponder & window shop. I settled on some trim, wheel & touch up paint. Had a great discussion at checkout of my overall refresh plan for the car and the staff let me know what type things they had in stock, what they could get & even what was best going online elsewhere for. Looks like I'm probably going to be happily making weekly stops as my project continues. Definitely recommend these guys.

Stopped here for a headlight out after work thinking it would be an easy replacement, turns out it was much more difficult than anticipated. Can’t say enough good things about Kerwin, and Tyler, they did not give up even though it took the three of us probably 30min to finish.(Due to the location of the headlight) They didn’t give up even when I told them I was wasting their time they insisted on getting it done for me, Great guys. All the staff at this location was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. I will probably pass 2/3 other Auto Parts stores just to continue shopping at this location anytime I need anything. Highly recommend.

Retail workers often catch a lot of flak for their customer service, but the staff at this AutoZone location are super helpful. Definitely recommend it.

I called at 11am to inquire about replacing a headlight. Stacy told me to come in, I came in at 11:30am. She took a look at my headlight, picked out a new one and replaced it in less than 10 minutes despite the store being very busy. She is efficient and skilled! Would highly recommend this store.

I spoke with store rep.Rayvon working at the Beacon Auto Zone he was polite and professional at answering questions about dashboard codes and how to resolve issues, concerns and battery problems.l am very thankful for his assistance.

Love this place I choose to come to this auto zone over the rest of the stores because the employees are well educated on cars.Ran into a new employee named Ravon he helped me understand the issues on my car saving me from stress and ultimately fixing the vehicle.Definitely ask for him if plan on visiting this store in particular.

Tyler was extremely helpful. He assisted me with picking out the correct size windshield wipers for my vehicle and installed them as well. And I am glad I went with the wipers he suggested.

Extremely unprofessional, most of the workers don’t want to help the customer . You ask for assistance the very rude. Forget it u try to call and order a part . Thumbs down ?????
