Absolutely abysmal customer service. Complete incompetence - you ask for copies of all DEPOSITS they say we don’t have access to online bill PAY. I’m told any branch will print my records, they say they are short staffed and HAVE to send it to their research team that will take six business days - so they lie to your face to cover their own laziness. They should be ashamed. Virtually every other Chase bank I have dealt with has been helpful and accommodating, pretty disgusting that my home branch cares so little for its local customers.UPDATE: In further evidence of the lazy, lying, ineptitude of the “Team Leader” of this branch, I called another equally small branch branch minutes later and they said, “No problem,” let me lock down the time by scheduling an appointment for you and we will print everything you need.” Real leadership actually care about their customers.

Great bank. Great location. Felt pretty safe! But of course, I wasn’t alone. So, keep caution when using it. But got there late at night. Convenient and Clean Space.

To the weird man who approached me at the ATM, claiming to work at this branch. Not sure why you kept repeating to me that their and no public restrooms here. Considering, I’m a customer using your atm that has a checking account with this establishment. You dont have a restroom facility? He even continued to tell me they dont let him use the bathroom here either. Which btw, violates many health codes. Also, really not funny. You didn’t know this, but I worked at a credit union down the street! We welcomed people to use our bathroom. Doesn’t really make sense. Huuuuuge turn off. Probably will never go to this branch again. I’ll take the drive to wappingers happily.

This is no longer a full service bank. It used to provide full bank services meaning there was a teller you could speak with and go to for transactions. It is no longer that way. You cannot get cash out accept from the atm. You cannot deposit money or do most things that one might need to do at a bank. I have to drive to Fishkill frequently to complete necessary tasks. After the change to the location, the bank workers seem shocked by my dismay that the bank in my neighborhood is no longer a fully functioning bank. I received a lot of disrespect regarding my frustration that I could no longer complete necessary tasks at this location. I urge potential new Chase customers to consider a different bank as this location does not provide sufficient services.

My dealings at chase have been a pleasure and that is definitely due to Leona Anzalone. She is the reason that chase has my business in the first place and she is the reason that chase keeps my business. So pretty much, Chase should thank Leona for having my business. She is the best and she deserves way more than 5 stars.

Very bad service. I went to have my account closed as I just became a new mom and do not work, and there is no direct deposit coming in my account but I keep getting charged a $12 service fee. The branch manager was there and will not accept my federal ID. And refused to close my account. I wud give negative stars if possible.

Bad customer service they had me sitting to wait to talk to a rep for over 30mins only for her to help out someone else and when done acted like she couldn't see me till she later said “oh sorry I can't help you with opening a business account†note that it wasn't even the reason I was there she didn't ask and just acted like I wasn't there and when I complained about the guy who crossed me they didn't even know what to do or say and didn't evn get an apology!! Horrible!!! WASTED OVER 45 MINS OF MY TIME WITHOUT EVEN SEEING ME!
