What a pleasure it is to have Donna Wagner help me each and every time I go into the bank. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient each time I need asssitance all while being very professional. She is definitely an asset to Citizen's Bank.

Just did some banking today and have to say the Entire Staff in Beacon is Amazing. They work as a team and always help each other. To those Beacon Chase customers I understand that branch is closing. You should seriously consider going to Citizens. Donna is my banker and is wonderful caring and respectful.
