I recently visited Ferreira Auto in Beacon, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like a long-time friend. They are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and their work. I’ll definitely be back!

I was passing through from Boston MA to Western PA with a group of friends on our motorcycles and ran into an issue with getting air in one of our tires with a gas station air hose. We called up Ferreira's Auto and they said to come on by. Got our tire issue resolved in literally two seconds and we were back on the road! Very kind and helpful!

I have been a customer of Ferreira's for 3 years now. He has done brake repair, oil changes, and other minor work. During this period, we had a cordial and professional relationship. Asking the normal questions one would ask, what is wrong when finished, and how much. A week and one half ago, I stopped by to ask him to look at a whirring sound that started after he had just changed the oil. He said he couldn't on that Monday but could on the following Monday. Good enough. I called Monday morning and he said he couldn't bring it in tomorrow. Today Tuesday, I arrived as planned. I did not see him and was speaking to his one and only mechanic. He pops out of the bathroom, yelling at me and telling me to never talk to my mechanic and go elsewhere. He told me I was too demanding. I am entitled to know how long, the cost, and what was wrong. I reminded him about the botched brake job, and when I had brought the car in on a Thursday, promised for Friday. I called mid-day Friday. Left multiples message, that he never returned. He left my wife and me stranded for the entire weekend without a car. He never apologized or called back. In my opinion, things have gone down hill over the 3 years He does not care for his customers or customer service and I would have to say his work is questionable. I would never recommend him to anyone.1
