Absolutely terrible service department! Purchased a car from them, purchased the extended warranty that says I have to drop it back at the dealership I purchased the car at. So when all the warning lights went on in my car and the car was driving rough I immediately started to bring the car to the dealership. When i called to tell them i would be dropping off, the lady on the phone said I don't know why you're bringing it here without an appointment. After explaining that the lights came on and didn't know if it would even run again if I turned it off, she still didn't care. Again this is the dealership I purchased the car from. I still dropped the car off immediately. They didnt even look at it the entire next day and then when they did get it in the following day it was at the end of the day So 2 full days no car or any actual work started. Even though I explained to them I have no other car and am relying on other people to give me rides. The lady was cold and rude and said there's nothing she can do! Then when they finally did take a look at it, it was a 5 minute diagnosis that they charge a full hour of labor on. 225.00 to tell me a mouse got into my hood and chewed the wires. It took them 5 minutes! They explained the entire thing would be 1100 that it wouldn't be covered under warranty. After knowing that I couldnt hurt the car from driving it and after the attitude I got from them from start to finally looking at my car there was no chance I was letting them do the work! I will never be back as any form of customer, service or sales. They do not stand behind their products after the sale!

This was the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made! Jaden Incalcaterra was my sales representative and went above and beyond. He kept in contact with me on his days off, got me exactly what I wanted (Bronco Sport) with all the details I wanted and the color I wanted! I love my Bronco Sport…. You need to ask for Jaden ?

Solid purchase experience and can honestly say they've gained a loyal customer. Love my new F150! To think I purchased five cars/trucks across the street at Dodge and had poor experiences each time. Happy I made the move. With that being said - Bradley and Lance were great and I highly recommend buying from Healey Ford.

TRUE STORY: NOT SAFE: Liquid would pour out of the dash on the passenger side. (blockage in drain box) They said they could not replicate the issue. After 15 minutes of driving, it was back! I called and emailed, but received no reply to my emails. I got a call from the manager, who was upset and told me he didn’t think he could satisfy me and that it might be best for a refund and to go somewhere else. Due to the lack of appointments everywhere and the urgency, my options were limited. He reassured me it was safe to drive.
I drove one of my parents to the store, and the hot liquid hit their leg. I drove to Healey to prove my point and concern. I was asked if I was leaving it. I was not offered a loaner either time, though I had requested one via email and in conversation. In exchange for a better review, I was promised the service that should have occurred during the first visit. In the end, I was not provided with written estimates, though I asked for them. I was given a low verbal estimate, but the final cost was more than double. After 7 days, I missed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, found some chips and scratches inside and out, and had to clean the interior and dry the wet blanket myself; to the tune of $2000+.
...and driving it now is not the same. Breaking my foot hits this plastic tube hose under the driver side, and a noticeable gap.
Seemingly friendly people (who really knows), but poor execution..., and never gave me the metal that was causing the issue.

Terrible experience! Waited over 30 minutes in the lobby of service/parts dep’t - no service offered whatsoever. Asked for a manager - was told to leave a message. Manager is busy. We’ll take our business elsewhere!

Ford corporate did not honor my 8 year, 80-thousand-mile warranty on emissions, but I spoke with Natasha at Healey customer service who did make good on the issue. Thanks!
