Always schedule appointment online. It gives you the option to drop off or sit with an advisor. I was help by Angela. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about tax preparation for the year. All done last minute too...thank you!!!

The tax preparer was amazing and patient. The real reason was a $700.00 fee because of how many documents. I used a CPA for over 10 years and he never charged that much. I believe the prices are a little high and should be evaluated by your company
