I can’t say enough good things about Lady Grey Bridal in Beacon—Tina truly saved my wedding dress situation! I unfortunately purchased my dress elsewhere and was left completely overwhelmed and disappointed by how unprofessional the experience was. I was given pieces that didn’t even make sense with my gown, and I felt totally lost.
Then I walked into Lady Grey—and met Tina. She instantly made me feel like the bride I had been hoping to feel like all along. She even helped my mom into her dream mother of the bride gown as well! Tina was absolutely wonderful! I was unsure if I would be able to find something within my budget & she was able to work with me and I found my dress !! For any bride searching for their dream dress, you must schedule an appointment at Lady Gray! I cannot express enough in words my true gratitude toward Tina, the owner of Lady Gray. I had a wonderful and truly enjoyable experience.
Tina's store was the 5th bridal salon I had visited. I had a very specific vision for myself, and Tina was one of the only stores to not just show me the styles I was looking for, but fully supported my vision, making every effort possible to create my dream gown. I purchased my gown over the weekend and worked with Tina on customizing the exact details I wanted to add. From the first phone call and throughout the ordering process, her customer service remains impeccable. Her communication is consistent, clear and I'm never let wondering where I am in the process.
With Lady Gray having 57 years of experience, I felt very stress-free while shopping and asking questions. Tina's expertise is evident in every conversation. I felt incredibly cared for as a customer, and Tina exudes excitement during each interaction. She sincerely wants to help every bride create that perfect vision.

Tina was incredible. I walked in knowing nothing about what I truly wanted…she listened, started pulling dresses, and didn’t push trying anything. She pulled a dress I never would have thought of, because she was able to notice a few things about my and my body shape that she thought would look great…I said yes to that very dress!!!
She is so knowledgeable about her line of work, and makes you feel comfortable and confident at all times. Tina is incredible! Her expertise and experience really shone through as she helped me choose my wedding gown. She is so professional, tasteful, and helpful, making such a special day both seamless and fun. Lady Gray is the perfect salon for your special occasion! 32 years ago I bought my wedding gown from there, and I just picked up my mother of the bride dress! My experience with Tina at Lady Gray was exceptional! I loved that it was such an individualized experience, since I was the only bride in the store. Tina was super professional the whole process starting with the first phone call we had when booked my appointment. She has an amazing personality and is so knowledgeable of the wedding dress process. She answered all of my questions and was so patient and kind. She pulled dresses for me that were in line with the style I wanted, but also showed me dresses slightly different than my preferred style just to show off different details/accents. Not only did this help to narrow down my search, it led me to find my perfect dress! I’m thrilled to have gotten my dress from Lady Gray and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for exceptional and quality service!

Tina makes sure to stick to the budget you give her and pull pieces that she thinks will work for you! I had an amazing experience and am so happy I got my dress from her. She has a great personality to work with and made me feel comfortable and special the whole time. She had great communication skills and is definitely a pro at what she does. I can’t express how happy I am that I stumbled across this boutique!! Also, I got my dress off the sale rack which means I got to take it with me. This is especially helpful since my wedding is in October, no delivery stress.
