I bought two bottles of wine on my way home I noticed one bottle had broke I looked in the bag and noticed there was no cardboard between the two bottles of wine went back to the store after cleaning up the mess and told the clerk what had happened he told me it is there policy not to put cardboard in between two bottles of wine I told him every establishment that I bought from in Dutchess County does and I brought from them many times and they did put cardboard between the bottles he still claims that this is their policy. Moving on he would not replace the bottle just wanted to give me a %10 discount on another bottle I do not think so. I kno if he returns any unopened bottle broken the company he buys from will give him a replacement or credit. So do not buy from here they are all about themselves and do not care about there customers. I will take my business to a establishment who cares about there customers and will put a piece of cardboard to protect my purchase.

Owners do not pack liquor bottles with cardboard for protection then will not give credit or a replacement . when item gets damaged

My first wine and liquor I visited since moving to the area. The owners and family are very nice. Very convenient for me. The prices are comparable to most other wine and liquor stores nearby.

Didn’t have a great experience. Bought one bottle of vodka, cashier tried to upsell me another bottle. After refusing 5 times, carried on with my purchase. Didn’t get receipt (my fault for not requesting one). Checked bank statement via phone few days later and saw they charged me for 2 bottles, even though I only bought one bottle. I called them, they said to come back in for reimbursement. Went back and they transferred to deposit back to bank, but also charged me again for it, so the transaction showed “$0.00” for the reimbursement. Never going back.

Visited This Wonderful Establishment Today & Was Told That After 16 Years In Business, The Owners Are Handing The Store Over To New Owners. Saturday 2/27/2021 Is Their Last Day Servicing With A Smile.? Good Luck To Them In Their Future Endeavors.? Hopefully The New Owners Will Provide The Public As Well??
