I went to Rite Aid for vitamin E oil. I couldn’t find it after searching the store. I went to a sales associate to request for help. She was hesitant to help me and acted like she didn’t want to. After rushing through each section she said “we don’t have any here”. I asked her to search the system and she said she could not because she didn’t have a barcode she couldn’t do that and walked away from me apparently annoyed that i needed help. I continued my search. I couldn’t believe it since I imagine it is a popular product. I searched the stores database online and found it. When I went to the front of the store to pay I asked for her name and it was difficult for the associate to pronounce it who I asked. Then when the said associate in question walked by she covered her name tag. For these reasons I will briefly describe her and hopefully your store management can politely correct her in the ways to do her job and how to treat customers. She was a middle aged black women. She had acne in her chest. She was where glasses and a wig. She was wearing a flannel button down long sleeve that was opened in the from. I think I managed to hear that her first name started with and L. I did not deserve to be treated like this and maybe she is having a difficult day but I don’t think that means she can treat people the way she did. I felt belittled and don’t personally want to shop at this store any longer.

TWO TIMES I TRIED TO GET COVID AND OTHER SHOTS, WENT ONLINE, IT SAID I HAD A BOOKING, GOT THERE, THEY TURNED ME AWAY AND THIS HAPPENED TWICE. NOW I HAVE COVID, WHAT A THIRD WORLD STORE. WORST EVER FOR YOUR HEALTH.

The pharmacy wait is at least 20-30min each time you go to pick up a prescription. It’s not managed very well :(

While I was shopping today I witnessed a older long grey haired employee (whose name I’m going to be nice enough to leave out) harass a group of teenagers, try to accuse them of stealing and told them “none of you are house broken” as they were trying to check out and PAY for the items they were BUYING. She proceeded to try to tell them they are no longer allowed in the store even though they did nothing wrong. As a life long beacon citizen and shopper of the store I am appalled by her actions and really don’t feel comfortable shopping there or even sending my own child in there to purchase anything . Shame because the young woman who helped me at the counter was very nice

I have had some major stuff going on and not only am I on a ton of prescriptions but I have to travel a lot for doctor appointments and surgeries. I live in Beacon so this is my main pharmacy. But the traveling requires at times the pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions back and forth to other pharmacies. These guys are absolutely great about getting me my prescriptions filled quickly and doing the transfers on my behalf. They are even very kind to me when I'm being a grumpy pants from feeling awful. I really don't understand why this pharmacy doesn't have higher starts across the board but I definitely think they deserve to.

This is a commercial pharmacy, what can I say? I had a prescription filled here, and the pharmacist was certain to make sure I knew what I was getting. They have a good selection and the stores cleaning well stocked.

Cant even walk the store without being harassed. A women cashier that works there for a while, is giving the a store a bad reputation. As soon as I walk in, she yells out "CAN I HELP YOU!"Everytime she act like that. People like my mom, dad, girlfriend and family, all experience the harassment from this cashier. I waited around in the store and she doesn't do it to people, that don't look like me.something need to done about this quickly!

Whats up when you call the pharmacy. And they put you on hold. And don't even come back to help you. And this place has many people who work there. So it's not like they are short staffed. Poor service...

Went with my mother. We bought what we needed for a big swim my mother was having the next day with a lot of people in the Hudson River. The River Pool. The employee's at this Rite Aid were very helpful, & respectful all the way through.Thank you.

I have to say the people who work at the Beacon store are very nice and helpful. The reason for the 3 stars is the following:Made an appointment for the Covid booster on their site. Took time off work to go in only to be told those shots (for Omicron) are not even available until, maybe in a week later or longer! The same morning I received an email reminder to go in for me shot! The pharmacist was very apologetic; I know it's not his fault.... he said they were booked solid with app'ts today...and he'd have to repeat the same apologies to many customers. RiteAid and Walgreens (parent company) should get their act together.

Rite Aid always tries to find a way for the unfortunate so they can make sure they get the prescription so I give the store five and more
