“My Husband & I went to Mavis Discount Tire in Wappingers Falls. I had a nail in my front passenger tire and when I called Tyler was honest enough to let me know on a Sunday it would probably be over an hour wait as they were busy. We showed up and met Everett (I believe he was the Manager) and we explained the issue. He spoke to Tyler and LITERALLY they got us in to rectify the situation. In and out within a half an hour. It doesn’t get any better than that. Customer service at its BEST!!! That’s how you run a successful business. We found our new tire place. Now I see why they have great ratings on Google. “I took my car there for an inspection and he told me I needed a tie rod and showed me with video that the rod was bad. He came in on his day off and fixed it for me and took care of inspection. “Recently had my starter replaced on an old Nissan Frontier. I had to have it towed to the location and they promptly called me with an estimate. Between that first call and the second call to come pick it up had to be under 2 hours. (That time includes ordering the part as well) They work really fast and are very clear about the work that needs to be done.
In addition to this car we take our other cars for routine inspections and oil changes and are completely please with the service.”
