“It’s been a year since we used this Uhaul service but I was just reminded of our experience with them. They were hands down the best Uhaul place I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve used uhaul a lot. Super super friendly and upgraded our Uhaul for free since they didn’t have the size we wanted. Also included a few free furniture dollies when we were hesitant to rent them since our budget was pretty tight. Easy to return after hours as well. Like I said it’s been a year since we used them and I still remember how great it was.”
“Amazing. Best customer service at the location I went to in New Windsor. Customer service over the phone could have been more helpful when I had car trouble. The road side assistance was unable to give me a proper solution. But when I called the local office I was able to speak to 2 different people that went beyond and over to help me so I can’t get additional charges.
First I had an uneventful day. My car got stuck on my auto transport. The battery died. I used 3 different charger/booster which all got drain by my car. My phone also broke will trying to fix the car. Then I had to buy a new battery. Then the car got stuck in park. The car was unable to get off the auto transport for 30hrs. I had to get my mechanic to shift the gears.
I would definitely recommend the New Windsor location and I would always rent all my Uhaul equipment there too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s”
