Huge shout-out to Joanne - who went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we had a couple items sent to an address in Beacon where mail delivery had been temporarily put on hold. When I came to the office to inquire about the parcels' whereabouts, she was incredibly kind and quick to help us figure out a solution. By the next day, our items showed up on our doorstep. We were amazed at how effective she was at handling the situation. Thank you for the wonderful service, Joanne!

The last few times at The Post Office, I had tracked items. All went extremely well; items got to destination before due date and your app is easy to use.

Our company Office Manager had one day and time to pick up our PO BOX MAIL - today, Monday the 4th of December at noon. We had yellow slips to pick up packages at the counter. She waited in line and the one clerk refused to see any more people, saying he wanted to go eat lunch. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, he closed the counter and refused to even get the yellow slip packages. This impacts our business greatly. She had to leave without our packages. Is this the new normal - Post Office is CLOSED in the middle of a weekday for lunch?

zero stars for this office.... not carriers fault.... it's the idiot at the top Louis DeJoy...great job at consolidating post offices in one building miles away from town they deliver to...... having carriers out to 9-10 pm at night....

I have recently needed to visit the beacon post office. On my 1st visit on Saturday 11/5/22 we had an excellent experience with the clerk who helped my wife complete a transaction for a passport. The clerk was patient, helpful and professional! Today, 11/8/22, I had to return for my passport appointment. Again... but with different employees, I was left amazed by the clerks professional and helpful demeanor. Gus called out another employee to help me with my appointment. The clerk who helped me was amazing, kind, Personable and thorough. Every service oriented agency should be taking lessons from these employees . Amazing experience, keep up the great work!

This is legitimately the best post office I've ever been to (and I've been to A LOT. I'd say this is pretty much entirely due to the great employees. Every one of the employees I've encountered there are fantastic - kind, hardworking, competent, helpful. The guy that works there is hilarious. Yes, if you hit at the wrong time, there can be a line, but that just is what it is and of course I can see why everyone would want to go there.

This might be the only post office that allows you to speak to an actual person. I had a package stuck in South Carolina, and it was impossible for me to contact anyone there. I was rerouted to the Beacon post office and they spent well over a week calling SC and trying to find my package. They kept in constant communication with me via email and even called me directly to go over exactly what happened. They didn't need to do that...they weren't even part of the issue, but they still did their best to help resolve it.Super friendly with a fast-moving line. Best post office I've ever been to.
