The other one on Baker St ( Rich) lied to me and said I needed a birth certificate to renew passport. he also harassed me for my service dog papers in which we NEVER have to provide. I will drive the extra 5 miles just to have my po box here. Thank you Kim and Angie!!”

“I worked in a RV park post office and made trips to the back room of the main post office to pick up the park mail. I was blown away at the volume of mail and packages, and that they actually get to where they are going even when not addressed correctly. And then add the sheer volume of junk mail. It's crazy. Gave me a whole new appreciation for the post office operation and for the workers.That being said, the Baker Street staff has always been very accommodating, and most of the time with a smile. Not everyone that comes in there is in a good mood, so I'm sure that there are bad moments, but otherwise kudos to them.”
