Save yourself the time. Go to Napa Auto Parts down the road from this location. Napa’s customer service is better and so are the prices. This store has poor customer service and employees not knowledgeable about cars.

The mangers Burk and Greg weren't very nice, the place was too expensive and the customer service wasnt very great either i wouldn't recommend this store but it was the only thing open.

The associate helped me get a lart at first, then became silent when I mentioned my military service. When I was at the register, I told the associate that I was a military veteran and that I have an ID, which I showed to him.I told the associate two times that I was prior military. He did not say anything and stood there, silently, without acknowledging me.When I got to my car, I looked over the receipt and noticed that he never gave me the 10% off that I normally receive.Most Advance stores or other auto parts stores have always thanked me for my service. Not this location. I would recommend that the associate get retraining and better social skills when dealing with customers. The silent treatment is unacceptable.

Christian was extremely rude on 03/14/2023 at 7:40. We were waiting for hollie to find the spark plug for my bike which took awhile, so we wondered the store. He went to my friend and said he saw him take something and to empty his pockets. He never stole anything or had any Intention. I hope it wasnt due to his race or ethnicity.

I walked in at about 7:30ish with 2 friends of mine, looking for a spark plug for a pit bike. As we go to pay for starting fluid, an employee Chris Nunez said and I quote "I was wondering the store and then accused me of putting something in my pocket"(stealing pretty much) while the lady Holly was looking for the sparkplug, I only looking around picking up and putting things back down. I'm a car guy so of course I'm going to walk around the store, I was thinking of opening up a business account with advanced in mount kisco but that won't happen anymore. I'm Hispanic so hopefully it wasn't racial. I guess he expected me to just hang out at the register. I also took everything out from my pockets, and showed him what I had. Hey chris, you should check the cameras!

But bad fit generic auto part store . Anything special order or specific takes time costs the same as OEM for non OEM designed to work with OEM part numbers but have had two bad ect sensors!
