What a joke of a location. Prepaid for a rental but when I went to pick it up during working hours the store was closed.

Excellent customer service during pick up and drop off. I would highly recommend using this location. I had nothing but a great experience and they made it easy in and out. Kind, engaging people who cared about everyone coming in and out.

Tarique is the most fabulous person I have ever dealt with. He made the process absolutely seamless, and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes, with exactly the car I wanted to drive. I started with Enterprise and also tried the Hertz in Mahopac (phone was disconnected), which is what led me to Tarique. I was originally just looking for a way to reach the Mahopac office. I had no intention of driving 30 minutes to Bedford Hills. After a ridiculously frustrating experience with Enterprise, I was so grateful to have this wonderful young man on my side. I will gladly drive 30 minutes out of my way to deal with only him in the future if I ever need another rental car.

this location never has anyone in it I've been numerous times and there's always a sign on the door that they went to help other customers. the branch is near open I believe the staff is careless and sleeps on the job

I am a frequent customer here. I always rent a car to go to Canada. After the borders opened up this is the second time I am renting.I rented a car and I am having major problems with it. When I called up the HERTZ at Bedford Hills, the Manager Nick Gargano picked up the phone. I told him about the error message I was getting about the key not being right. He did say to call up Hertz road side assistance, I was so nervous and had panicked as I was in Canada and the car would not start. I had o go to the nursing home where my aunt is and was stuck at a parking lot. I asked him if possible I could do a conference call with him being on the line and talk to the road side assistance. On that he started howling at the top of his voice started said I cannot stay with you on phone the whole day , I said the phone call was barely 5 min long I had been speaking to him and that I am his customer and he cannot shout at me. Nick Gargano then started saying I am using abusive words and he hanged up the phone. Not only was he rude but was very very nasty. This is totally an intolerable behavior. Horrible horrible

Not sure why these reviews are not great. I rented a cargo van last August and Tarique ( not sure of spelling ) was great. Courteous helpful and got a great rate. Truck was there clean and ready to go and what impressed me most was that I was in and out in 15min. Usually these things take forever. Key drop just as easy on return no additional charges. I called to rent it again he is still there and so far all smooth. Other reviews must be a different employee.

I reserved a car on the website and afterward they called me sayng that there was no cars available, and they charged me for that car. And the financial don`t anwer the phone.

Terrible customer service. The 2 gentlemen that were working there were very rude and did not explain anything when asked questions. I was treated as if I should just know. Was also looking to rent an SUV but instead of saying they did not have any at the moment they just proceeded with rental without explaining anything. Felt rushed and as if I was bothering them. Thinking about returning my rental and going someplace else.
