I had no intentions of getting a membership but after Jay explained the benefits it just made sense. I liked his non pushy approach & my car has never been cleaner. They took their time & paid attention to details.

I went to Russell Speeder’s Car Wash just wanting a quick rinse to get the mud off my car, and the whole experience was ruined by the relentless high-pressure sales tactics. From the moment I pulled in, the staff seemed more focused on pushing me into one of their outrageously expensive monthly plans than actually giving me a car wash.
I had to say “no” multiple times, and instead of respecting that, they kept pressing. It felt more like I was being cornered by a salesman than being served at a car wash. All I wanted was to get in and out quickly, not be bombarded with a sales pitch.
The wash itself was just okay, and it cost me $15.99 ($17.33 with tax). Nothing about it justified the aggressive upselling I endured. I left feeling frustrated, annoyed, and absolutely determined never to come back. If you value your time and just want a straightforward car wash without being pressured into spending way more than you need, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

Great experience at Russel Speeder's today. Staff is always helpful, but Andre went above and beyond, explaining the special deals and updating my account. All of this was done with a big smile on his face and a super cheerful manner!! Made my morning!!!

This carwash is amazing because of Samantha! She is the nicest and most welcoming cashier here. She is always so attentive, detail oriented, and suggests services based on the needs of the customer. I highly recommend visiting when she is there! You won’t be disappointed.

Every time I come here I always have an amazing experience. It all starts with the cashier named Samantha. She is the kindest and most professional young lady every time I come. She is extremely knowledgeable about every plan, wash, and detail service that Russell Speeder’s offers. She always serves with a smile, which makes the experience much more pleasurable.
