TJ was so helpful and was able to get me through all of my troubles. He really took care of the customers (we helping 3 at one time and doing a great job with all 3 of us!) and resolved all of the problems. Kudos to TJ for a job well done!

Went to Verizon for a new iPhone. TJ was fantastic! Patient, knowledgeable, and spent over 1.5 hrs assuring I got a new phone without any issues and transferred all of my data and taught me how to use the phone.
