Bedford Ace Hardware is a wonderful neighborhood paint and hardware store that provides the best experience. It is not Home Depot, and the value of having such a local store cannot be exaggerated. The shop is clean and carries a huge selection and a wide range of hardware store type products, with everything a person might need. It has plenty of staffing, with tons of people ready to help. Every single staff member is incredibly polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and amazingly friendly. They show genuine care, compassion, and kindness, often going above and beyond to provide perfect guidance and advice. This makes for a great shopping experience where customers feel genuinely helped but can also look around freely. It is as good as it gets and is highly recommended.
It was amazing. Matt and Ross were very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were awesome and I couldn’t say enough about them. I would shop there all the time.

The value of having a local hardware store that's not Home Depot cannot be exaggerated and that ACE store in Bedford is as good as it gets. They have everything, they have tons of people ready to help you and everyone is incredibly polite.
