“Those that are giving bad reviews to Anthony and the Croton Falls Post Office need a reality check. I guess you people in the 'burbs need a lot of hand holding. Go to NYC or even Yonkers post office and see what really poor service is about. People who think they shouldn't have to wait in line, need no appointment for a passport , cheat on the weight of the items they use a pre-paid label with or become consumed with someone's soup order need psychiatric care. Most of us hard working individuals have more to do with our time and value someone who is proficient, efficient and in my case open the PO on time!!! Get a grip people. Anthony is exceptional, conscientious and cares about his job. Need to clone this guy!!!”

“Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!”

“This post office service staff is heads and heels beyond friendly and helpful, I got my kids passports done here, and I had anxiety when I didn't have everything needed, they were understanding and still took photos I ran home and grabbed the required documents and they took my applications. Always friendly when I come in to drop off packages. Totally not the case for other usps locations in the region.”
“Looks like all of the 1-star reviews are regarding passports. Weekday afternoon the Asian gentleman George was perfectly delightful and pleasant with handling my prepaid mail. So all is well with normal postal business. I suppose go elsewhere for passport making.”

I will continue to bring all my mail and packages to this location just based on the customer service alone”
“I want to give a giant shoutout to Margaret for her help. Too often, I have terrible experiences at USPS, NOT HERE! Margaret was attentive, kind, and solution oriented. She practiced great patience with my 10 packages and was very organized. She deserves more recognition than I imagine she receives and I hope this is acknowledged by her management.”

“I can’t say enough good about the people working at the Camp Ave post office. I had a priority package very late containing an important medication….. the supervisor, not only followed up himself to locate but followed up with me constantly to make sure that it was received as fast as possible. Everyone was kind and pleasant, and they deserve the same in return!!”
“Just had a Hanukkah miracle! We were missing a package and since it was Christmas everything was closed. I called the post office the next day and Kenisha was SOOO pleasant and patient! She help crack the case of the missing holiday package. Hanukkah was saved and one less tween meltdown. THANK YOU so much!!!”
