I financed a bmw x5 here back in May of 2023. It's been 6 months and in that time I've found out I had no refrigerant in my AC system, my oil level was low which was causing a strange jut whenever I'd drive (with a non operational oil level sensor...), my coolant level was well below the minimum level, and I'm in the process of doing a flush now to make sure it's the correct coolant due to a building lack of trust. Not to mention fees that were not mentioned until we were preparing to sign off on the car. I'm fortunate that I'm catching things seemingly before serious damage is done to the engine, but look out for all these this while browsing here. The dirty air filters are acceptable, but everything else is a joke. The oil drain plug isn't even the original size!

do not buy any cars from this dealer, they wont tell you the potential of the cars that you purchasing and overprice if things happened they will immediately deny everything. best thing to do is buy from the car's company that made the car .

I had a 4 star review earlier until I got home and learned that purchasing warranties as a condition of financing is illegal and being TOLD by Rick that purchasing a 4 year warranty as a condition of our Bank of America financing was illegal. I have reported the issue to the NY authority. Also that Uptempo company is scammy as all heck. I really didn't want to be enrolled but was told there was no downside and we could cancel at anytime. Just so you know the "first payment" for Uptempo isn't actually a car payment. It is an insane enrollment fee. It is also very difficult to cancel. They only let us cancel after quoting NY's 3 day contract law. They send an email after a purchase with the GMs contact info for you to "express any concerns" and I called to express these concerns and haven't gotten any kind of call back. STAY FAR AWAY

Good lot. Answered all questions. The advertised price online is lower than real price, but they are clear about that online so it wasnt a surprise. But may be a bit deceitful for folks with less reading comprehension. Paperwork got messed up a little and we had to push to get it fixed. Good people though. Prices aren't bad. Shaq is wonderful to work with.

I stand corrected on my previous review, the service this place provided for my family was above and beyond. Rick Jr and Rick Sr and Jay 3 of the best people. I definitely appreciate this place.

Sales person we dealt with made up stuff left and right. Not only was he wrong, but also condescending. When you buy a car here, you pay an ADDITIONAL $4995 automatically. Why? Their fine print states: "The advertised price is reflective after a four thousand nine hundred and ninety five ($4995) down payment plus applicable taxes/title/license/plates/registration/dmv." It's not a down payment, it's an additional TACK ON $4995 for EVERY SINGLE car. This is false advertising, not to mention awful wording that makes no sense. Note their BBB rating of "F". How are they still operating?

I bought my first car here Carlos Bernardez was the seller during the purchase process, he was kind, at the time of buying the car (obviously); I have a "QualityGuard+ Plus" (loss), that guarantee includes the oil change up to 122K miles of my car or until April 2024, whenever I call they attend me very kindly and help me with the oil change without any problem, call today and I think it was not the same person who always answers, because he told me that my guarantee did not cover the oil change. I offered to give him my name to search the system and he told me NO; I have been changing the oil with them for a year and months since my contract has not yet ended, I asked for Carlos to better explain the situation since my fiance was changing the oil in the same place where they always send us but they were charging for the service and they told us that we call the dealer to notify them and give the authorization. He responded to me in the worst way, he was contemptuous, disrespectful, I even felt racist treatment because we are Latinos. he told me, do you speak spanish? I told him yes, to explain myself better, maybe he wasn't explaining me well and he told me contemptuously that I didn't have to talk to him, that's not his problem, why do you have to talk to him, that he just changed the oil It cost $50 in the worst way, I felt offended, overwhelmed and nervous about how he treated me, I just limited myself to thanking them, since I am not a disrespectful person; He kept muttering, I just hung up the call, they should control how the seller treat their customers because I paid a lot of money for a service, I didn't ask him for a favor.

READ THE FINE PRINT!The prices they list on their website/online is NOT the price you pay. You give them $5000 "down payment" (which doesn't bring the cost of the vehicle down) and then you pay the listed price before taxes and additional fees. So a $33,000 car will cost at the very least $38,000.Wish I read the fine print before making the trip out here.

8 months after purchasing this piece of crap from them, (2018 Jeef Grand Cherokee) the engine needs to be replaced. WHY?!?! BECAUSE THE CAR WAS NEVER SERVICED PRIOR TO ME PURCHASING IT! And the warranty they sold me will not cover the cost because they are saying the car wasn't maintained properly. I HAD THE CAR LESS THAN TWO MONTHS BEFORE EVERYTHING WENT BAD! I didn't even have the CHANCE to service the vehicle. And now they are lying and saying I NEVER brought the car back to them or alerted them to any problems. LIARS AND SCAM ARTISTS! I called multiple times. I brought the car in and Rick had their mechanic look at it. Rick would only take the car back if I put more money down and bought another car from them. WHY the xxxx would I do that????? PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!....I think it's disgusting that you can sell a car without checking to see what's going on. I was told the engine oil was changed prior to me picking up the car from you....It was not. The oil was SLUDGE when I checked it because the car wouldn't start. Literal chunks....And not because I didn't do maintenance on the car, because I only had the car 2 months! But because they and their mechanics just don't care what they are selling. And, I'm sorry, but over $10,000 worth of service done on the car literally 8 months after purchase, is not something that just happens! Give me a break. They sold me a piece of xxxx and they know it.
