The two males were professional. The pharmacy staff (women) are busy laughing and making jokes about infections instead of making sure they have the right amount of medication in each bottle.Let’s be a little more professional going forward as you have people’s lives at stake.No one goes for medication because they feel fantastic.

I just can’t believe, why this lady even still there name manpreet ??? She is the rudest lady !!!! She thinks she owns cvs she can treat customers anyway she wants !!! No good for the CVS! Horrible service, she shouldn’t be working there she sound get fired ! She doesn’t like Christians like my self looking at there I’d ! I feel bad for CVs business they hire people like her! I will change my all prescription to an other better pharmacy! And suggest all the people reading this they should they too ! Stop using CVs ! Good bye CVs !!!! No more

Over a decade ago, when I was around 7-8 years old, my visit to this CVS in Bellerose turned into a deeply unsatisfactory experience. I innocently picked up a pack of paintbrushes, already opened for some unknown reason, causing the brushes to spill out. I found myself accused by the manager of deliberately opening the packaging in an attempt to steal the paintbrushes. She claimed to have personally witnessed the incident and asserted that the security camera footage would support her accusations. As this unfolded, I was in tears the entire time, emotionally distressed by the unjust accusation. Despite my protests and a request from my parents to review the footage, she adamantly refused, creating a huge scene that left my family and me frustrated and disheartened. While she didn't force us to pay for the item, there was no apology or admission of the mistake, casting a shadow on my perception of this CVS in Bellerose.

ALL NEW STAFF IN PHARMACY DEPARTMENT.NOT ONE HAS A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING .THEY ARE ALWAYS USING THE EXCUSE THE COMPUTERS ARE DOWN.THEY NEVER HAD A COMPUTER PROBLEM WITH THE OLD STAFF.CVS IN BELLEROSE HAS TURNED INTO A JOKE.

This is the worst pharmacy. Their systems are down yet they accept prescriptions, do not fill or dispense them because their systems are down, do not transfer them despite their systems being down, and shut down without any notice to their customers because their systems are down. Leaving the customer without much needed medications. Shame on this location and shame on CVS.

Friday, July 28, 2023, at 9 o’clock in the morning I went inside the store to get some snacks for work and as soon as I got in one of the employees was following me around and looking at me from a far distance. I felt uncomfortable because she stereotype me for the color of my skin. I am not coming back here if their employees are always going to do this specially, to a customer that is only shopping and paying for the items that they picked up. The female employee needs to be retrained.

can never get medications grouped together to be ready on the same day. their "first come, first serve" motto leaves others without medications - finding their attitude about those on pain medications to be discriminatory. i have learned, over a short period of time that i do not care for this store nor their superiors, the only saving grace is a Samina - pharm tech.

Horrible location for accessing point to pick up packages. This is the second time they have misplaced my package and blame it on ups when in reality they are highly disorganized with receiving customer packages and place them anywhere when ups drops off. Don’t offer pick up if you guys are incompetent of running that type of service

I am a care pass rewards member and I went in today to use my reward. The clerk was in such a hurry to start scanning, I asked to scan my cvs card first. He said there was no need, it still would work. I have experienced this before, if you don't scan the card first, it will not go through properly. He then proceeded to tell my that I already used my reward and I told him I did not. He stated that someone in my family must have used it. I told him that was not true because I am the only person in my home that has access to my card. I stepped away from the register to not hold up the line and checked my card online which stated that I had not used my reward for the month yet. I then went back to the counter to show him that and again asked him to scan the card first. Again, he proceeded to tell me that it didn't matter if he scanned the card first or last. After I again asked him to scan the card first, he did and I was able to use my reward. Your employees need to be trained properly on how your system works with the cvs cards. I shouldn't have had to go through that and tell him how to to his job. I will be canceling this reward due to this drama and not returning to this CVS, as thus is the 2nd incident that has occurred there.

I went yesterday to see if my medicine for my baby was ready for from 2 days ago Surprise, there is nothing. They made me call the pediatrician to ask if he had sent it, he said yes. Now they tell me that they did receive the prescriptions and that they are out of stock and that they only had one of 4 medicines and that the insurance did not cover any of them when I had previously received the same prescriptions and the insurance covered them I told them you know I don't want anything I called my baby's pediatrician to change the pharmacy and which the pharmacy did. It didn't take even 10 minutes to call me to confirm that they had my prescriptions and they would be ready in an hour. I am very disappointed with cvs pharmacy
