“Ordering our van over the phone was one, two, three easy. The customer service rep answered all of my questions and explained the entire process. This was a relief because I had to order the van at the last minute. Pick-up and delivery also smooth! Even though the computer system was down, the salesperson took care of us with no problem. My only suggestion is, I wish U-Haul had the smaller transit mini-sprinter vans for items that are too big for a car but too small for a van. Still, we'll be back when we need a van.”

“Do not try to reserve online as it seems it means nothing and it's not related to inventory at each site. Call and reserve it so they can confirm they have the vehicle. I reserved online for another location and no one called me, I called in and they told me they don't even carry that model. Also note that they only take cash for rentals which is especially odd as they use cards for holds.
Aside from that, you basically get what you pay for. As others have mentioned the vans are not well maintained. Although I didn't have a problem mechanically, the radio didn't work and the interior was rougher than a Uhaul. It shifted kind of rough and you could tell the shocks were probably at the end of their life. But for what you pay, it's not a bad experience. I rented a Micro Mover and it was exactly what I needed and I saved gas as opposed to the larger vans that you'd rent from Uhaul or Home Depot.”

“Only reason for why i given this company a five star cuz of a manager at gunhill rd & allerton ave that not only polite, know how to greet people, break down details but he's a one man army machine where if it's ever busy he still make you feel that ur time n business is much appreciated . So the company in general got some decent prices but that fifth star belongs to manager Ray. I recommend the company in general but of the manager at that site in the Bronx i advise you to experience the service first hand.”

“I visited this location twice actually. Both times staff who helped us were great and we got clean and well working vehicles. Prices were decent. there were plenty of supplies available to purchase if needed.
For my own order, I had a great experience. there was plenty of street parking, and some lot parking if needed. plenty of space when I was there to take care of what I need to to.
Darryl and Shay were the 2 staff who helped me. Great service. I got good, clean and well working cargo van. Was able to empty my box, get my belongings and get them home. it was nice and easy. first time using this uhaul long distance service. also forgot something and they got it for me and held it until I got there. Big shout out to team and location!”
