This frame store was run by an amazing man. His daughter now runs it. I took prints in today to be framed and her tone and body language was so mean. She stopped helping me without saying anything to help another customer who came in after me. She was harsh and rude and I will never go back there. I'm not sure what her story is but she clearly doesn't like people. I would not recommend.

I was in need of framing a birthday present photo I got for my mother's birthday, and my mother has always told me to come here for frames. I followed her advice and I couldn't be any happier. Arlene is such a sweet soul and also quite funny! Most importantly, she is fantastic at what she does; the framing came out beautifully. I am excited to continue coming here for years to come!

I went to ABCO Art to have a professionally mounted photo removed from a large glass frame. It was very difficult to remove, but Arlene was determined and resourceful, and got the job done without damaging the photo. I also had a hardware issue with a scrapbook album that she was able to resolve.These two jobs were not the typical kind of work done at ABCO Art, but I appreciate Arlene’s willingness to accommodate me.I highly recommend ABCO Art and will return there in the future for my art and framing needs.

So I always thought this place was sorta abandoned? Or a front for the mob? I grew up in Bellmore, but now I'm adult and actually need to put frames on my pictures/ paintings. I took them here- and they are open. So professional, so nice. Great suggestions- all different price ranges. Got two paintings framed and LOVE the work. It was even faster than I thought. Like less than two weeks! Do yourself a favor and come here and not Hobby Lobby. I went there first. Eyeroll. This is so much more customized. Totally worth it and great to support a local business.

I brought some items to be framed. One of them had dirt under the glass and Arlene agreed to correct it. She made a nasty comment about Trump supporters and although I did not respond once she realized that I didn't agree with her her entire attitude changed toward me. She was very nasty. Politics has no place in a small business. I deserve to be treated the same way as everyone else. I would not recommend doing business with her. My money will be spent somewhere where someone respects my opinion as I respect theirs. Shame on you Arlene

We brought my wife's oil paintings to have Abco Art frame them. Arleen the owner is so helpful and gracious. We worked together to choose attractive frames for each of the six paintings. It took Arleen less than a week to complete our order. We are so happy with her fine workmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend Abco Art for quality framing and great customer service! Five stars!

The woman who owns ABCO does all the work herself. I brought a lithograph to her store and had her mat it. When I came back to pick it up, I noticed she matted over part of the image on each end. I explained to her what she accidentally did, and she said she did it right. I showed her that the mat clearly covered the image on both ends, however she took no responsibility for her mistake. She refused to make another mat and gave me back my money. I went to Long Island picture frame and they did a double mat and it came out perfect. Not only that, it was less expensive than what ABCO was going to charge me. So in the end, I got the job done correctly and it cost me less. Furthermore, I found a new framing shop that was courteous and professional with Great prices and I won’t have to deal with that seahag of a woman anymore.

Visited ABCO as I needed an acrylic sign secured in a wooden frame. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and professional. She did the job much faster than I imagined. I recommend this business. This is the first time I went here but I will definitely go there again.

WORST framing experience to date. A simple job done wrong, owner refused to refund or correct problem - mat-board significantly overlapped the text of an invitation, rendering invitation unreadable. Complete disregard for quality of product, service, and customer satisfaction. A 1-Star rating is generous.
