I have to be honest Carolina at this store saved me from becoming a customer of another phone company. All it takes is one person that is truly dedicated to their job and cares about the customer to turn your view of a business around and she did that. She was extremely professional and took care of all of my concerns with the attitude of somebody that values me as a customer and not somebody trying to squeeze every penny out of me - which in turn ended up keeping my money with AT&T. I wish more people would operate business this way and the store is truly lucky to have somebody on their team like this. She continues to be helpful beyond the transaction, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Thank you Carolina :)

My two visits to this store were very productive in both setting up a new phone, and then help in Bluetooth pairing for ear buds that stopped paring.
A young lady with dark hair set up the phone, and today a young man helped with the pairing. Both representatives were very eager to assist and most pleasant to work with.
