BEWARE!!! Fake meds being sold. I got semaglutide and it’s pink. Been on for two weeks and it’s done absolutely nothing especially in comparison to the previous supplier.

Buyer beware!!! My compounded Tirzepatide had been shorted 3 times. First month 3 units. Second month 6 units. And now 38 units. I am disgusted with this company!

I have been using this pharmacy for several years for a medication to manage my chronic illness that is only available in a compounded form. I called today to request a refill and was informed that the pharmacy is no longer serving individual self-pay customers and presumably is now only contracting out with telehealth services. This supposedly happened in November, when I last refilled my prescription, but they made no effort to inform patients about this change. According to the person I spoke with on the phone, they had "too many patients" to contact individually. They supposedly informed the providers, but when I saw my provider two weeks ago and he was unaware of any issues, I even recommended that he send other patients here because the price is fair and they compound in tablets as opposed to capsules, which are so much easier to take and split if necessary. Now I only have a few days left of my medication and need to scramble to find a new pharmacy and coordinate with my very busy doctors office. I cannot believe that Precision has left me in this position after being a loyal customer for so long. By law they have to have our phone numbers and mailing addresses, and could have easily sent a letter or set up an automated phone call if really was "too much work" to contact each patient. This is a PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION that I need in order to function in my day to day life, but I guess they make more money contracting with telehealth services to sell compounded semaglutide, leaving the rest of us high and dry.

I put a request in online for a refill a few weeks ago and zero response. I tried calling , which is always a nightmare, and have been caller number 4 for 15 min. I need to find a new compounding pharmacy as these guys are insanely difficult to communicate with.

Awful customer care. Does not inform customers when they are no longer making their medication and gives the excuse "we cant call everyone"

If I could give negative stars I would! Rude rude rude! Hanging up on patients and taking almost 10 or more minutes to answer the phone. But they know how to over charge and take almost a month to fill a prescription!!

I had a great experience with this company. My doctor ordered my tirzepatide through Precision. My order was sent overnight to Las Vegas, it arrived cold... and the medicine is working. I'm down 6 pounds in 1 week, I'm shocked OK! Thank you.

I have never seen a compounding pharmacy and I’ve lived in three different countries where people are so uninterested in their work, lacking kindness over the phone, with no "good morning," "good afternoon," "good evening," "please," or even "hold on a moment." I found the people to be quite cold and rude.

I've been dealing with this pharmacy not by choice, but because my doctor consistently sends my prescriptions here, leaving me with no other option. Unfortunately, for the past two years, every time I need to get my medication, it’s a hassle. I’ve tried to tolerate their unprofessionalism, despite delays, poor customer service, and even receiving medication that was completely unusable—once, I received a cream that resembled sand or salt and couldn’t be applied to my skin.
However, the most recent experience from two weeks ago has been unbearable. Despite being charged for my prescription weeks ago, I still haven't received my medication. I've called daily, and each time a new representative claims they never received my prescription. After explaining multiple times that I've already been charged, they eventually find my order and assure me that it will arrive the next day. Yet, nothing happens.
It’s frustrating that, in a market full of competitive companies offering great service, this pharmacy remains indifferent to its customers’ concerns. They seem unconcerned about resolving critical issues, even knowing how important these medications are for people’s health. I’m incredibly disappointed by the lack of action, and I sincerely hope they improve their service.
******Update - I want to give credit where it's due—Nath or Naz (forgive me if I mispronounced) was the only employee who took responsibility and went above and beyond to finally ship my prescription. I should receive it tomorrow, and I’ll update this review once I’ve checked the quality of the product.
*****Update - The medication has finally been received; thank you, Naz. I remain attentive to the next batch of medication that will need to be dispatched and continue to hope for improvements in their customer service.

Received b12 with undisclosed ingredients on the label. I had to call to confirm which preservatives and solution were used. Shouldn't be that way.
I do not trust this pharmacy
